They work with you. They have made a couple of drinks wrong but never argue when you tell them. I don't fault for mistakes, we are human..it happens.They acknowledge it and offer to correct it with a smile on their face. That's what matters!Also, a while ago, they helped me pick my a drink. I didn't know what to order and I told them what I was trying to go for and they took the time to help and it was really good!It I not my usual.Great team!
I've read a couple of reviews talking about slow service and snarky employees. I visit this Starbucks location at least five times a week. I'm greeted with a good morning Skip every time I visit. I end up shooting the s*** with some of the staff to see how things are going. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. However, I cannot see the same for the customers. I've witnessed customers mistreating the Starbucks team several times. I've never once witnessed any kind of retaliation or heard snarky comments from the staff. So, the next time you're standing in line, tapping your foot waiting on your snowflake special. Try putting yourself in their shoes, just for an hour, and the next time you come in, you will stand silently until your coffee is placed in front of you.
I don’t usually make the time to do a review. I go to this location almost daily bc it is by my home. I would rather go to the one on Highland. You will sit in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes with only 4-5 cars in front of you. Most employees there are rude. And not to mention how slow they are. Find new staff or retrain. Starbucks is not how I remember it being years ago. Every location is hit or miss.
I am obsessed with this place!!!! My 3yr old loves the cake pops and we all love our coffee!!!! Their staff is amazing and helpful as well a super nice!!!! Just please please please stop running out of WHITE MOCHA
I ordered the Skinny Caramel Macchiato. It was absolutely delicious! It was just the "pick me up" I needed for my work day!
Honestly, I held off on reviewing this place to be fair. I figured because it was New and because of COVID, maybe they would get their stuff together. But here's my take....First off they almost never have what you want in stock. Food, drink you name it.Second is the service. It is very often very slow and if you place a mobile order and wait there for a few minutes no one will ask you what you are waiting for. IN FACT they will avoid eye contact and never turn their back to see if anyone is waiting for service.Last is the wait. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what but the wait at this location is painful. I would save yourself the time and drive to one of the other Starbucks in the area.I will be nice and give 2 stars though because they have never messed up a drink order.So at least you will get you second choice drink after your 10- 20 minute wait.
Hit or miss. Will close at random times. Have had good experiences and bad. They need a light by their entrance at night. Staff has always been great

The bistro boxes here aren't available on my city and the products were delicious and fresh.
Very busy location as its the only Starbucks in Prairieville. However, my order is always correct and the employees are doing the best they can in keeping up with supply and demand.?
