I came here on 5.21.22 on a night that they had only 5 people working. They were crushing it. I know some people would probably be upset with longer wait times because of this but I need them to know that I see them working hard.And honestly, if waiting a little bit longer for food is the worst thing about my day I'm probably doing pretty good.
Every time we go to sonic there is ALWAYS an issue. I waited 30 MINUTES to order and when they finally got to me they told me the ice cream machine was down. This is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service sucks. Do better!!
Tonight was the third time we’ve been to this Sonic where we pressed the button to order, sat for over 20 minutes with no response and ended up leaving. They need to get it together!
We pulled up and ordered but wasn't done ordering she just took half and then brought it out and it was wrong then took another 30 mins to get the rest of the order I'm done worst service except for the gentleman that helped

Everything was fine, it's just not a five-star restaurant ??.Please help your employees by making it possible to leave a tip on credit card purchases - you are really doing them a disservice and I am embarrassed when I don't have cash to tip them, which is often.What % of your customers pay with cash .....?!
Only got 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Everytime no matter what time of the day it is the food is cold. So gross. The burger meat is weird and it's just never a good experience.
Food was good was not properly dressed but staff was polite and quick with taking order and delivery of food.
Waiting time takes a while but fresh food great service what else u want tbh
No Sonic is what they used to be. Bit what it is today, it was good. Food came fast and was fresh hot and they got the order right w no corrections needed.
