I used to be a server here and while I was my family and I loved the food. It was good, always hot, not overcooked. In the past 2 months that we have gotten it, both times we were not pleased. I ordered a Pesto Manifesto and it barely had pesto on it. It was like eating plain noodles with chicken and tomatoes. Now this time, our pizza wasn’t cut, there is barely any cheese on the pizza and it wasn’t warm or hot. I don’t know if this is a personal thing or if it’s happened to others. Either way I’m highly disappointed.
I won’t visit this location again.Consistent long wait times if we dine in.Third time our togo order has been wrong.There are better places in Ascension Parish to visit for decent service.
I tried placing a to go order on Pie day (3/14) and the phone was busy. I live close by so I drove over to place the order. I overheard a worker mention twice that she turned the phone off because they were getting too many calls. Also, three of the 3.14 pizzas took 1.5 hours instead of the 45mins I was told. We returned yesterday for Calzone day and we were informed that it would take an hour to get our food. We decided to stay since the place was clearing out and it may be faster. I ordered the Cajun Boil Pizza as Calzone. About an hour later I was informed that they were out of shrimp, so I asked to sub chicken. When we got the bill, they charged me as of it was a pizza and not a Calzone by explaining that it was a specialty pizza. In the past I've had this charged as a Calzone. At this point I was so tired from waiting well over an hour, I didn't feel like arguing. We took our food home to eat, and I doubt we will be returning anytime soon.
Slow service… we have been waiting an hour so far. Probably best if u find another place to eat…
Ordered pizza from here and it was soggy, barely cooked and we couldn’t even eat it because it would fall apart. It went straight to the garbage. I was also given pizza sauce instead of their original marinara sauce. I won’t be ordering from them again. I gave them too many chances. I ordered extra crispy.
Their portions are adequate and the dough is superb.
Delicious Italian.. No frills. Specials on Wednesday. Lasagna and calzones are very good.
From the moment we walked in to the time we got our food, it took over an hour… which wasn’t awesome but the food was very tasty. If the wait element would have been better, the experience would have been better. But again, good food! I got a custom 8” pizza. Good beer!
50 minute wait for carry out and pizza was terrible. Burned on top and raw dough on the bottom. Called to let the manager know, and was offered a refund if i drove 30 minutes again to return it after one hour of waiting for pizza. We threw it in the trash. It is very over priced for what you get.
Trash. Trash service, trash food, trash all around. Philly cheesesteak with 3 strips of steak. They made wrong pizza as well. Food came after 25 minute wait, yet only 3 other customers. Chips stale and disgusting. Save your money and skip this location.
