Went to the drive thru ordered my food1. Was told that there is a dollar charge to add a drink to the shrimp tackle box.2. Pulled towards the window had 2 cars ahead of me that had pulled up, but not enough for me to get to the window, so i set there 15 minutes (with the car ahead of me smoking weed) and my child and i had to set there and smell it so i know they could smell it inside. Needless to say i just pulled around the car and left. Will not be back..
Went thru drive thru Easter about 1200 noon. Ordered a number 9 combo which supposed to be a 5 piece tender with 1 side and drink order. Paid for the meal and get home to eat. The order was 4 wings that looked old as he'll and burned. Not even Spivey as ordered for the tenders. I will not give this place business any longer. Not the first time my order is not correct.

My husband and I LOVE Popeye's!!!! The spicy chicken, red beans & rice, and cajun fries are our favorite!!!! Food, staff, and service was great!!!
The service at Popeyes SUCKS! You can be the only customer there and they take forever asking for your order and then it takes forever to get your food. And it’s usually cold and the employees are rude.
Horrible service and an even more horrible wait time. Better off driving to a different location to get fresh food with a correct order and good service for how long of a wait someone has here and how poorly people get treated here. Do not recommend this location at all.
I ordered on the 2 can dine coupon and also added an extra side. Myself and neice were very disappointed. The sides were filled only halfway and the chicken was small and fried too long. The cashier wasn't interested in hearing about how we felt. I will not go back to this Popeyes again.
Made us and about 5 others pull into the parking lit so their timer won't run.Food took 30 minutes to come out.1/25/22 @ 8pm
Yea if you can say you truly don't like Popeyes with a straight face I would personally lose all respect for you as a living breathing human being
This location has some of the laziest employees I've ever seen. Last time I went there I had to wait over 20 minutes for nuggets because they forgot I was waiting in the parking lot and today I went and was the only customer there and got completely ignored yet I saw an employee eating. I left without ordering anything.
