On Saturday April 30th I went to Popeyes @ 6:30pm. The drive-through had 7 cars in line so I went inside. I’m not a drive-through kinda gal.I was greeted immediately by Chelsie saying someone would be with me shortly. Least than 3 minutes Kolby took my order. I ordered a 10 pcs with sides. I also ordered a single order of FF. Telling Kolby I was starving that I had not eaten since early morning. Before going back to his task of filling other orders, he bagged the FF. YAY !!!! I ate the FF while waiting on my order which told about 8 minutes. I wanted to give Chelsie (manager) and Kolby a shout-out for awesome customer service. Thank you Chelsie and Kolby for awesome service!!!!!!!!!
They attitude are so mf horrible especially that lil skinny girl talkin bout she only one person , girl u choosed this job not me ?They are horrible.. Nobody in there where gloves , they always behind . They so mf rude . One man came out the bathroom still buckling his pants up and went back behind the counter and touched somebody’s bread with no gloves . They nasty and to say you cant dine why tf is that dining area so mf dirty .
I walked in to pick up a mobile order and the workers glared at me, ignoring me while walking by me several times. I told her I had a pickup and she said "yeah it's gunna be a while". It took over 10 mins for her to come to the counter with a whole lot of attitude asking for the name on the order. I then waited 20 mins for them to complete the order, meanwhile the drive thru was going just fine. Food was good, although I was supposed to get a regular fry and it's pretty small, we were supposed to get 3 biscuits and got 1. It's not just this time is the sad part, the last 3 times we have come here the employees have been very rude/ impersonable. Get new staff to save this location.
The pieces of chicken actually look like tenders and were decently sized. First time I've seen this at a Popeyes. Service through the drive thru was good and accurate. Also something never seen at a Popeyes. This will be my go to Popeyes from now on.
You can tell the food was laying around for hours. Cold stale fries and cold tenders. Never again as this was my only meal for the day after 12 hour workshift.For the employee: You can't ask for higher wages when you are the reason why people don't come back. People rely on you and you failed. A motivated high schooler would probably do better.Tuesday 8 pm shift 3/8
Forgot biscuits and the red beans and rice and took over an hour to put together.Chicken wasn’t good. Won’t order from this particular Popeyes ever again.
Dr Pepper was mixed wrong. It was all soda. Then, my fries were cold. Poor showing.
As usual the sides were maybe half filled & barely any large pieces of chicken. Tons of legs.
I ordered 11 pieces of chicken and when I made it home I had an eight piece.
