Recently had a few of their pepperoni and supreme pizza for a birthday party nearby and they were delicious! They were a hit, and will definitely order again soon!
Hard working staff. Devoted to making pizzas. They are constantly short staffed and still strive to fulfill every order and make delicious food for the people of their community!
Ordered 2 large pizzas and a cheese stick for delivery around 6:45 pm, was told it would be a two hour wait so we decided to wait. At 8:21 pm they cancelled our order because we chose to pay in cash.When my husband called to question why they were very rude and when he got angry and said he wanted to come pick the order up they told him it would be another two hour wait and they told.him it wouldn't be possible to make the pizza and have it ready in 15 minutes and then told him he could come up there and try to make it himself.We went to Romas and they had 2 large pizzas and a mozzarella stick ready in less than 10 mins.

wish i read reviews first ordered at 4pm 12/4/21 now 9:21pm no call it says this store is still open or not but doubt it do not order from the prairieville store if they are open then this is sad
I always had a problem with this location. I stopped ordering from here for a year and tonight I gave them 1 more shot and I ordered online to be ready by 7:30pm.
2 hours and 45 minutes to get 2 pizzas. I called to check on the status and the guy said he's in the building working by himself. He had 25 orders still to make. On a Saturday night. During an LSU football game.To the franchise manager: Pay people better. This is why you have no staff.
Pretty disappointed. Tried two times before today to order pizza from here but the order times were over an hour. Finally had a 30 minute order time. The pizza was very disappointing. We ordered the shaqueroni. Seemed like it was made two hours before we ordered it. Had 2-3 teaspoons of sauce on the whole pizza. Buffalo popper things were ok.
Ordered on app said 90 mins. Then 2hrs later still nothing delivered. Tried and call store and then deal with lines busy every time. Had to call 800 number to get my money back. This store is always so bad even after I try over and over hoping for a better experience! Store owner must not have a clue. Plus I hear employees are rude! Choose another location!
DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION!!! Every time you order they give you a time then never show up on time
