Did an order at 9:50 pm on a Saturday night through the app, I showed up at the window and the employee said that they were already closing down, I said don't you close at 12? He said yes.I ordered a Detroit style one with pepperoni the other with sausage and jalapenos..20 min later he brought it out and it was under cooked and wrong, the entire thing was pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos...the sides were this and under cooked, the underside was undercooked...typical for ascension parish...worst
Order was wrong. Workers were rude and ghetto. Food looked and tasted undercooked. I called before going to make certain that the item I was requesting to order was available with a different topping. An employee answered the phone and rudely asked the on duty manager (Melvin) my question (I could clearly hear her because she placed the phone down) She responded to him "babee we dont have that on Saturday" and in the same tone/fashion told me over the phone. The item was available to purchase online; which I told her. The manager then said well if it allows her to do it tell her ok.Ordered food online and explained to the lady what I wanted.... Got there to pick up it was wrong and again under cooked.Save your time and frustration and go to another location.HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD
Bad service, got the email out pizza was ready but we had to wait 10 more minutes.
Very very very rude and slow including the managers!!!! Always very long wait and nasty!!! Then they get rude with you about it. Every time I come it’s an issue and long wait. They never ever answer the phone this don’t make no sense!!!!
Fast service..pizza was hot and fresh..just didn't have any sides no wings no craZy bread..so we had to settle for just pizza.
Just the last 4 times I went. They have gotten my order completely wrong. They are always disgusting looking and I'm not talking about food on the uniform, and half the time got an attitude. Drive to anywhere else for a quick pizza.
Ordered pizza for a Lil boys birthday and it was very good! No complaints.
Very poor quality workers. They shut the store down way earlier than closing time and refused to sell me a pizza through the drive through.1/10 experience for this location; I do love little caesars though. Just not this disgrace of a place. It would be ashamed if they couldn’t maintain a functioning workflow on the hours they are supposed to be commuted to working.Hopefully they don’t shut down.
The Pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza on thin crust was really good. But the pizza was not very attractive. We had to rearrange the meats.
We put in a mobile order for pickup through drive through and when my husband went to pick it up at the appointed time (1:30pm on a Saturday) there was NOBODY there and the doors were locked! I can’t get anyone on the phone and their website hasn’t let me get in contact with corporate. And because it was a mobile order, we have already paid, I would like my money back since we definitely didn’t get the pizza. Very disappointed!
