great place to eat lunch or dinner. service is super. everytime we go. they have the best margaritas.
Food was good and all servers were attentive. They do however use imported crawfish for their crawfish enchiladas which was a bummer.
Very good food! Not a terribly long wait (5min) at dinner time. Pricing maybe a little high, but over all a great experience!
Food was really good and they had large portions. We had cheese quesadillas, chicken chimichanga and cheese and onion enchilada. Wait staff was courteous and prompt. To our pleasant surprise, Tuesdays for free for kids as part of family night. Nice ambience as well and place looked popular with the local population.
Great food. Ordered seafood enchiladas. Delicious, arrived hot and plentiful. Actually there were 2 stuffed seafood enchiladas. Every cut had either shrimp or crawfish. Margaritas were also good during happy hour, which is 4-6. Definitely will return.
Absolute best restaurant and staff in whole Baton Rouge and Ascension. Alex attention to detail for clients is out of this world and they make the best real skinny marquaurita. They even accommodate our keto needs.
My son and I frequent the Las Palmas Dutchtown location frequently. We are in there so much that most of the wait staff knows his order. Even when we call to order take out, they know it’s us!He had a great week at school this week, so we wanted to celebrate last night. The restaurant was extremely busy when we arrived and already pretty noisy. However, we were seated next to a table that bordered on ridiculous loud.My son has Down syndrome and can sometimes be overstimulated by loud noises. Unfortunately, the table we were next to was so loud that he wanted to leave immediately. I motioned to our waitress, Kayla Young, let her know about the situation, and asked if we could put in a to go order.Kayla was very understanding and even offered a plan for us. She suggested we wait in our car outside and she would box up our queso and drinks and bring them out to us after she put in our to go order. She did just that AND she visited us at the car a few times to keep us updated on the status of our order.I could NOT have been more impressed with this young woman or how accommodating she was. She has seen us many times over the years and is always so kind and friendly to us….but she truly went above and beyond yesterday. I was so touched by her extra effort and it truly made all the difference in our night. She is a wonderful example of an employee with excellent customer service and you should be proud to have her on your staff!We will always be patrons of Las Palmas because of the kindness she showed us!

Great food, good experience at a decent price.
On par with most Mexican and Tex Mex places in Louisiana. Service was attentive and courteous. Food was pretty average. Queso has no onions/ peppers even though that’s how it is described on the menu. Salsa is definitely bland with minimum spice. The search continues for good Mexican food in this state.
