I never do this, but the person on the phone when I called to ask their hours (because a location 10 minutes away was closed when it's usually open, so I wanted to be sure before making another drive), was so rude. I've never had such a rude conversation with so few words involved. Food is fine. Service is fine. Phone etiquette? Might need to work on that. I was so put off that I decided not to bother going after all. I've talked to people who personally hated me with more politeness than that.
This Jimmy Johns is always wonderful to work with. They will deliver to us in a timely manner and the order is always correct. From they people that answer the phone and take the order all the way the driver, we always have a pleasant experience./
Always clean location and delicious when I go! I typically go for the Vito, but all of their sandwiches are amazing. Friendly staff too!

This location is has literally been out of bread the last 7, yes 7, times I’ve went there! A sandwich place running out of the main ingredient in making a sandwich, 7 different times Is ridiculous! The management should be fired! They will never again get my business! Horrible!
