Amazing food. Only complaint is it’s so hard to get them on the phone for to go orders. Often times end up having to order at restraint and wait a while.
My husband & I Love there food! It's delicious... When you get a to go order it comes in a aluminumcontainer for easy reheating.I always get eggplant parm & my husband gets Lasagna. They also give you biscuits with butter.I do recommend this place to anyone that asks me where to eat around here? You gotta go try the delicious food.
Our experience was definitely not what older reviews make the place out to be. Service was extremely slow, we sat with empty glasses and had to flag a server down to get them refilled. The dinner rolls were hot and tasty. The wrong appetizer was brought out to us, I noticed immediately, but the server had her back to the table as sooner than I could say anything. Took another 20 mins to get the correct appetizer. The shrimp Alfredo was good. The chicken marsala was not marsala at all, it tasted exactly like a packet of instant brown gravy mix you would get at the grocery store. Not sure if they are having staffing issues or what, but this restaurant is definitely scratched off our list.
One of our favorite restaurants. The staff and management are friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is always delicious.
It was okay. Tasted like something I could get at Olive Garden. I ordered the cacciatore and it just tastes like can red sauce with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and over cooked noodles.
Our recent visit to Fratelli’s was unfortunately not up to par or what we expected. The dinner started off nice with some good garlic rolls and an appetizer. The entree’s were brought out one at a time but the pizzas did not come until 5+ minutes after everyone else had received their food, so it was an awkward wait. The food overall was decent, but not something to rave about. One person at our table ordered a pizza with mushrooms, garlic, and onions, but the pizza came out with pepperoni so we sent it back, no big deal. The problem came when the “new” pizza was received but seemed to be the same pizza as before, just with the pepperonis picked off and the new toppings thrown on. The suspicion was confirmed after she tried the pizza and it was still greasy and had taste from the previous pepperoni on it. After asking about it again, we just decided to send the pizza back and had it removed from our bill. We were given a dessert as an apology, which was nice and appreciated. The service was not up to par either, as our server was not attentive to the table the entire time, not asking how the food was or cleaning the old plates off of the table. The prices of the food were very fair and fit the menu style and the small business feeling.Overall the visit did have its flaws and hiccups, but I feel that we just had a bad experience just in coincidence, especially when comparing our experience with everyone else in their reviews.
Great food , service and atmosphere!!
This place is one of our favorite restaurants in Prairieville. We always get good service and great meals. My wife loves the Italian sampler and I love the shrimp or lobster ravioli but really I have never had a bad meal, no matter what I order. The owner is such a nice man and always appreciates his customers. I have been given several free drinks by him just to say thank you and I have seen him do it for many other patrons. If you have never been here do yourself a favor and go experience it, you won’t regret it!
Excellent food, everything was so yummy.
Affordable, fresh and tasty.
