Food was good. No customer service. No thank you no smile. Not even a single word at pickup.
Really it's mid 2022 and your still closed inside?? This dairy queen has been a disappointment lately you've lost a long term customer. Your drive threw service is too slow.
Called there to cancel a cake order and the lady that picked up phone very rude and called since 1200 o'clock and now it 315 and just got it touch with them will not order nothing from this store again in praireville
Long lines. 6 people working yet couldn't get food out or remember your order. Had to give the receipt back for them to make it. Audibly complaining about having to work.

All of the Negative Reviews on this location is correct! Ordered an Oreo Blizzard with Extra Oreos and I didn’t have any Oreos in it hardly even after they charged me extra for it! Same with the Sandwiches, this location is not good at following directions and will clearly do the opposite of what you you order! I eat at Dairy Queen often but this location is not it
Customer service there sucks.. You pull up after waiting in drive through just to be still waiting after being told to pull around we will bring your food out. Three cars before me was also pulled around to wait on food. And all i order was a salad.
Very very rude staff, yelled at me they drive thru because my order wasn't showing up on screen. The lady was completely rude cause we didn't know what we wanted. I told her she was being rude and she then refused to accept my order
It was a "sweet" visit. The girl at the window was friendly and honestly smiled. We only had cold treats, a chocolate milkshake for my wife and an all time favorite of mine, a dipped cone. It took me back to many years a.go. We sat in the parking lot and savored it.
Last night they were top notch on customer service, friendliness, and speed at the drive through. Was a welcome surprise as they hadn't been too great in the past, but they definitely changed my mind with this visit. Thank you!
