Two nice black employees, who were working hard to complete orders while place was badly understaffed. Large white female Supervisor walked in from somewhere and instead of helping, started admonishing and yelling at the staff. What kind of management program does BK have to allow this. She should be fired and the staff promoted because they obviously know how to act in public, still maintaining a smile and polite to patrons while being yelled at. Truly uncalled for, reported to BK, will not be back until I know she is fired.
Worst place ever. rude workers who are terrible and don’t deserve their job,especially the white lady there. no management and undercooked food. they charged us extra and then gave attitude with no refund. (stole our money) would give a 0 if possible. with that attitude,they deserve to work there forever
Do not order a big king or chking sandwich......they do not put lettuce on their big king and its more like a kids menu sandwich
Got food poisoning! Wish I could give a zero. Had already had several experiences where orders were incomplete or just wrong. That's aggravating, but food poisoning is a deal breaker. Avoid the location at Airline Hwy and Hwy 42.
Every since covid-19 the restaurant is very stale looking and sterile looking and the menu has gotten smaller as well so I think it is about time to look for better options or make my own
Freaking horrible. Food was cold, the cheese wasn't even heated up at all ,then it took forever to even get it
It's okay. They got my food, not a long wait. Buns fell apart kind of fast.
After sitting in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes they closed the drive thru at 6:40 pm....
This location (Dutchtown) is always fast and accurate with my order. Staff has never been rude even when ordering for my super-fussy mom (no mayo, no mustard, no ketchup, extra pickles, light onion). I appreciate this location! They usually have great deals/promotions running, too.
S?topped by the drive thru last night at 9:30. Drove to the speaker to order and got the famous words " we are open but our system is down so you can't order". Wow, I even told the lady to write down my order! I really wanted a whopper but now I never know what they gonna said when you pull up to order. Yes, very upset with this Burger King...
