This place has been around for a long time and still puts out great food! Been going there since I was a kid back in the 70's in the old building. From the shrimp remoulade to the veal cutlet, the taste and quality remains the same as it was back in the day! Love this place!!
Great Food !! Quaint Atmosphere. Good Service, Good Value. The Vegetables are Farm-to-Table, so it doesn't get any fresher. This Place is in My Top 3, of all the Restaurants that I Frequent, and that's coming from someone who worked in Restaurant Management at a High Level for 18 Years. Lot of History in this place.
Great Food, the Mahi was delicious, Caesar Salad is the best in town. Great Service. True New Orleans institution.
Love this neighborhood gem. We always see people we know and the staff is always friendly. Food is consistent and we really enjoy our time here ..with friends or just an evening out. The bar is also FABULOUS!
Our waiter Tony was very good. He let us enjoy our meal without feeling rushed and acknowledged our 43rd anniversary with a free dessert.

Great price point, consistent , fresh, local seafood, produce and meat, always fresh and tasty. A very relaxed and fun atmosphere. Parking is a plus.

What, a gem of a restaurant, donât miss the opportunity to dine here. Tim and his team provided excellent service and made wonderful suggestions, knew their menu well. The cocktails and meal were outstanding; the bbq shrimp and bread pudding are a must!!
