My hotel wad right next door, and Wendy's is my favorite fast food, so I was excited.Needless to say, the bathroom was disgusting. I told an employee about it the first day I came, which was last Monday. Heading out we stop by one more time for breakfast and the toilet I told them about the will before was left untouched.Food was Wendy's average. But I'm afraid to know what the kitchen looks like if they are okay with their bathroom looking like this for a week straight.
Order is always correct. Great customer service. The strawberry lemonade I had wasn't mixed well.
Omg the best Wendy’s in the city manager was friendly and on point the young gentlemen who work the drive thru are fast courteous and the food was hot and fresh! I went around lunch times two days in a row! Wonderful
The employee in the drive thru gave us our food and when asked if that was all he turned and walked away instead of answering. The nuggets were burnt, fries were cold and then to top it off my daughter found a fly cooked into her burger. Unless you want horrible service and bugs cooked into your food I would not recommend it. My family was in town for vacation and running late for a tour or would have turned around and taken it back to the store then. We are contacting the corporate office.
Great customer service. Food delivered quickly. Clean. Only negative was hard to get mobile service inside to use the app (trying to show I qualify for the free Jr frosty). Other than that great experience.
Nobody would come to the counter. A lady said she would take our order but she took it from the drive though area so we had to yell our order. She only took one of our orders. My friend Cody is a homie and gave me his frosty since she wouldn't take my order. The issue though is that they were outta spoons. I ate a frosty with a forkHad to give this an update because they managed to get worse after we left! The Lady at the counter kept one of our cards. The card was used to gamble literally that night
Super fast and nice staff! Great food. Fries could’ve been a little warmer though.
I dont know how its possible, but this place seems to he more expensive than other fast food restaurants..and its Wendy's. Also, the drive thru took forever.
Service was fast and food was hot, and I appreciate that. I do not appreciate the person who sets the prices and charges $1 for a slice of cheese. That’s petty and greedy. I paid $13 for a chicken sandwich combo. This is the same thing I can get at Chick-fil-A for $2 less, and it’s clearly better. I felt ripped off.
No soda, no ketchup, the fries we luke warm, and the burger patties were dried out. The star is for the service. Worst Wendy's location I have been to yet
