The service was excellent. The food perfect Waffle House food! Refills were taken care of right away and our server have us to go cups before we could even ask.
Eating at this location on Read was a waste of my friends money. The table wasn't clean, our waffles were undercooked(mushy)and thin. My hash brown bowl that I ordered was dry . Dry Hash brown's, dry eggs, sausage and the cheese was pushed on the side of the bowl. I added grill onions to my bowl but didn't receive them in the meal. They placed it in a saucer on the side, a few minutes after they served me . I took two bites and I was done...i couldn't eat it!! The Lemonade was the only thing I enjoyed. This is an Unsanitary place and the cooks need improvement.
I love Waffle House. I travel around the country for work and eating at Waffle House is a normal. This particular morning we stopped in for a little breakfast and was met with the worst service I think I've ever experienced at a Waffle House. The server took a long time just to take our order despite the restaurant being empty. She came to the table and placed our utensils down and then took another 10 minutes to find her notepad. Once I have food was ordered and delivered to the table we noticed immediately that some of the things were not right. We were trying to be as patient as humanly possible but after realizing that our eggs were not cooked all the way through, we wanted them replaced. She brung back two eggs instead of the four that we ordered. They did not separate the grits from the rest of the plate like we requested and they did not have lemons to go with the honey that I requested. The final straw was when she charged me for all four eggs despite the fact that the first set of eggs were runny. I'm not sure if these people are all new but I was very disappointed in my service today at this Iaffle House. I do not plan on visiting this location again.
Took 25 minutes for 2 sausage biscuts nothing on them & 2 coffees. The coffee is weak. I've had tea stronger than that
Perfectly adequate Waffle House kept from a 5 star review by a dirty bathroom, sticky table, and a waitress who was busy and couldn't be as attentive as we hoped. Still, the food was hot and tasty and our orders were correct.
I've been to 3 locations in 1month and they were all good and equal on every way. Except the price was a little higher in one. But no complaints over here... And all the waitresses was nice and got FAT FAT TIPS!!!???
The NOLA east location wasn't busy but my waitress was slow because she stayed on her phone. My waffle was thin and crunchy like a craker.
They were understaffed so it took a while to get our food. Food was ok, nothing great.
