3rd Floor Lobby Bar — “Vitascope” had horrible service: three waiters stopped by but none really followed through on requests for wine, long waits before anyone stopped by to ask if we wanted food, host who seated us had to intervene to help. Prices were sky high for a pathetic bowl of gumbo with rice was embarrassing by NOLA standards; that lunch w/o tip was over $60. For comparison: that evening we walked a block to Walk Ons Bar and had a nice dinner with excellent and timely service by Amanda. We ordered a small garden salad and then two entrees: shrimp po-boy & fries and blackened mahi, onion rings on grits, two glasses of wine of similar quality as we had in the Hyatt Regency Vitascope venue, and a draft Abita beer for $80 w/o tip!
Worst customer service, asked for vaccination status for dinning in, showed them the vaccination card but still refused the service. Attendant name was Faith. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I think discriminated me for my color.
I ate dinner here right before a concert at Smoothie King Center. Menu was limited to sandwiches and pizzas, and service was rather slow, I’m assuming due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic. I got the Vitascope burger with potato chips and caramelized onions, and while it was a decent burger, it wasn’t worth anywhere near $17. I guess that’s the price you pay for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel.Vitascope is okay if your staying at Hyatt Regency and want a drink or quick bite to eat. However, if you have time, I would highly suggest venturing outside of the hotel if you want to taste the best NOLA has to offer.
Vitascope Burger and Fries was amazing, the caramelized onions and chips on the burger are a nice combination. This is a great place to eat.
Our recent trip to NOLA was a complete and utter bust. This restaurant, however, was absolutely fantastic! We had amazing service from Shay, and the food was awesome. Best margarita pizza we have ever had!!! I would come all the way back just to eat here again. If I could put more than 5 stars, this would be an 8.
I eat at restaurants all over town. I noticed it was a new restaurant and I wanted to try it out. The menu was reduced by 65 percent of what was listed online. In New Orleans it is hard to get bad food, unfortunately the food was not good at all. The service was pretty good and inside the restaurant has a lot of potential.

Best dessert ever! Dolce Ravioli! A must try!
Had the Mardi Gras seafood platter in flavorful sauce and Hurricane to celebrate a great week in New Orleans.
Wide choice of food. Staff very helpful. I am disabled most of the chairs are bar stools. They cleared a table for me. It was a nice relaxing meal
