We went in on Valentine’s Day because of a power outage with 3 children- ages6, 3, and 18 months- and had a wonderful meal. The service was so good and accommodating of the kids. The kids loved having a mango bubble tea and really loved to eat the fried rice and noodles from hibachi and chicken and vegetable tempura. We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls and beef tataki and everything was beautifully plated and delicious. It had been a long day and we were able to sit and enjoy some wine and lots of food. The service was really very good, the staff was so kind to us and the children. I did notice they were doing a lot of take out business and really turning tables quickly. Before we left the manager gave each of the kids a pencil with a rose on it. The little things really made this a special meal for my best friend, her 3 kids, and my partner and me, we were worried about taking kids out to dinner on a busy night, but this place took great care of us! I highly recommend and hope this place continues to do well.

Very good menu selection! Great drinks. And fresh seafood, been there twice, recently. Once for lunch and for dinner. Very good. Best in Algiers, maybe even west bank.

My Eel bowl lunch. So pretty? Umi is always my place to go for my Eel cravings. Their rolls nice and full, never fall apart and always fresh. If I dine in- the plates always look pretty and appetizing. And their servers are always nice and friendly even if they are super busy at times. ?

The customer service is not good. We asked if they can make their shrimp fried rice a little spicy and it was too difficult for them. The rice was mediocre. Won’t be back.

most people use this as a take-out, as do we, but we decided to try it as dine in. service was good. food was even better. and we still had enough left to box up. plenty of room. quiet. maybe nothing special but absolutely nothing wrong either. will dine in from now on.

Food came out fast, which is great with 2 unruly kids and was very good. Good pricing compared to others in the area as well.

When I found Umi2 had yaki soba, I had to go get some. When I entered, there was one lady ahead of me and two more people came in after me. We waited but no one came to the front to greet us. We could see a few tables were occupied but the place was not real busy. When someone left, the waitress went to clean off their table and only after that was done did she come to the front. By then, the lady in front of me and one of the other guys had given up and left. The one who remained was picking up a called in order. When I finally placed an order to go and got my food, it was pretty good but I do not plan to go back. If you're in a hurry, I could not recommend this place. If you have plenty of time, it might be worth a visit.

With our young one tagging along, this is the closest we get to a date night. Can't wait for Covid to be over.GREAT service.Good to great sushi and rolls.Good cooked dishes (i.e. teriyaki chicken)Okay bubble tea and similar drinks.

The shrimp fried rice and sushi ? with crabmeat wrapped in a Shrimp ? is my favorite. My #1 go to for a quick bite to eat and the portions of the food is plenty, you can eat off a lunch or dinner at least 2 to 3 times. Or you can share it with someone as well, and still be left full and satisfied.

This place is great. The fish is very fresh. They are very busy, so sometimes it takes a little while for the order to be prepared.
