Great service, chicken was juicy and delicious only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the waffles themselves were not that good. The toppings were delicious. I wished they would have added some flavor to the batter to taste more homemade and not store bought. But I will go back.

Great tasting waffles. Got the waffle bowl, it was delicious, but a bit smaller than I was expecting. Definitely need to add sides to the waffle bowl, if you are hungry. The shrimp and grits were the best.
Food and service is excellent. Location was convenient to hotel. Big windows all around to watch the trolleys go by.
Everything was great....I was very welled pleased. If I can make a suggestion, it would be that If you offered a grilled pork chop would be off the chain!
I got the raspberry delight waffle and berry salad. My cousin and sis got the chicken and waffles. Everything was absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend

The actual service and food was great. I would have left five starts but after getting bill and leaving tip we overheard another patron talking to the server about a "tip" that was included in the bill. We left things as is because the service was good.The concern is that the information was not clearly communicated either on the menu or by the server. When a " tip" is included in the bill it is no longer a "tip" but a service charge which we would have been ok with had the information been communicated especially since people are not wanting to work.
Literally found this place on a whim before leaving town. Outside, the location is pleasantly appealing. The restaurant is located in the Tulane Business School. The server who sat us and took care of us was friendly, attentive, and great. He took our order correctly and made sure we were okay. Our meal was so good and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will stop by here when I visit the city again. Twisted Waffle is a Must Go, I recommend it!
