Amazing healthy food with great service. Ate here 2 night running, great place to be if you have a vegetarian in towâ¦
Itâs not a quick meal. Be prepared for a wait. But healthy food for this area so you have to sacrifice something right?
Really enjoyed are stop here, both the food and drinks were really good! The service was also nice and went quick. This is a bit more of a healthy food place but still had alot of different choices on the menu. Liked the set up, it is nice and open inside the place with plenty of seating. Wasn't to busy when we got their. It did start to pick up a bit but didn't slow up the service.
I was disappointed. The eggs had lots of sweet potatoes and less of other items, as did the ancient grains bowl, an item I have loved. The onio and mushroom in the ancient grains was minuscule and dry as over cooked. Sigh
I've been to True Foods in other states and it has always been spectacular. We were so excited to try True Foods New Orleans and boy was it a disappointment. The service was just abysmal. Like almost non-existent. The bar had a few people at it and the dining room only had about 4 tables taken, it was pretty empty for a Thursday night. There were more then enough servers, yet we waited for almost 10 minutes before we were greeted at our table. This despite that the bartender saw us waiting and didn't initiate anyone to come over to help us. It never got better from there. We had every intent to order a few cocktails each (money makers for anyone that knows the restaurant business) and dinner, but after the 1st cocktail and the lack of attention, we each got something small and decided to go elsewhere for more drinks. For the value, our business just wasn't important to the server or the other people that work there. Our server was very nice, for the record - just very inattentive. Brought our dinner but didn't come back around to make sure everything was ok. Sigh. This was not true for our other True Foods experiences. True Foods is generally a great place, with wonderful food and cocktails and upscale feeling service. Not sure if this one is a management issue or a training issue, but I do hope that get it fixed. We won't return until the reviews reflect that the service has improved.

We had a fantastic dinner at True Food Kitchen. We went for my daughterâs 21st birthday. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful. They brought my daughter a birthday dessert and a card signed by the whole staff. I 10/10 recommend eating here.
Wonderful fresh and delicious food. Especially enjoyed the layers of texture and flavor in every dish. Truly the only (minimal) negative was the noise level
