We had reservations at The Steakhouse. My review is not on the food but on the waitress we had. We were seated immediately upon arriving and was excited about getting our meals. We were one of three tables at the restaurant. They just opened for the day.The waitress had no personality, was not friendly, and failed to assist us when I asked for food suggestions. Her reply to everything was “it’s alright”. I asked if she was to eat here, what would she eat. She replied “I don’t eat at steakhouses”.Due to the lack of hospitality and lack of suggestions by the waitress, we decided to go across the street to Ruth’s Chris!!The hospitality was at Ruth’s Chris was superb! As well as the food!!!It’s not always about the food! Restaurants need to balance great food with great hospitality! Waitresses and waiters are the face of the establishment. Tonight, The Steakhouse has an ugly face.If you want great food and great service, you may want to go to Ruth’s Chris instead.Dr. Massey
They squeezed us for my birthday!!! The food was Amazing!!! Loved the BBQ Shrimp.
The crab risotto was not rissotto and it had no crab in it! It was orzo pasta with corn:/ horrible! The gumbo was bad. Talk about putting New Orleans to shame! Very disappointing!!
Steak smothered with shrimp was outstanding. Side dish of asparagus was tasty. Very good service.
The great buffet that was here has been removed and replaced with a high limit gaming area. The pit bosses and dealers were just standing around, I didn't see anyone playing the whole time we were there.
Ruby the server is always amazing even in a stressful environment. Ruby puts on a smile and brings laughter. Food is delicious and host are a lot of fun. Happy New Year.
Hard to believe the varied reviews; we really enjoyed the Steakhouse. The steaks and sides were great, but seriously some of the best beignets we've ever had. Shrimp were cooked perfectly to the second. Really enjoyed the sangria and the friendly bartender made me a great shot. Wonderful service. No complaints, highly recommend!
We came in late because I had just graduated and the staff was wonderful about it. I would say given the price the food was a little better than ok. I had a steak which was really good, but the potatoes I had was just alright. The cheese plate was super disappointing. The drinks were good.
Service was exceptionally bad, we had a party of 9 and we were served our appetizers and meals out of order. It took over an hour to get any service . When I spoke with the manager he rudely told me it was our fault. Not a professional experience, not a high end restaurant at all. Service and food was below average.Steak was 40% fat and undercooked
