A small space the is cozy and has a good variety of spirits and cocktails. Service is fast and talented. Can get busy with weddings or groups for meetings coming and going, but a solid spot to try.

Sat down for 20 minutes and no one came to serve us. Ended up ordering at the counter ourselves. Service and attentiveness can definitely use some improvements here.Drink wise, I enjoyed the Gin Fizz (reminded me of Calpico) but not so much the French 75 (a little too sweet).

Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful location. Everything was delicious. Staff were very friendly.

Upon entering The Sazerac, you are instantly relaxed, and transported back in time with the historic decor lining the wooden walls of this iconic bar. Served by Jonah, an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable bartender, we watched as he prepared the New Orleans staple, a Sazerac. As we sat at the bar, sipping our perfectly made cocktails, we are reminded of the simpler things in life; friends, lovers, and a hearty drink. The Sazerac is a must-go, for both the drinks, and impeccable service.

Best Sazerac in New Orleans. The bartender was so friendly, attentive, and fun to watch. She even managed to serve us two glasses of water while shaking a cocktail with the other hand! Beautiful ambiance, will definitely be back here on all future NOLA trips.

Elegant atmosphere and great drinks. Extensive drink menu featuring items that are rarely found elsewhere. Wait staff are friendly and helpful, full of information. Definitely a place to return to on the next visit!

great place to watch the super bowl, meet new friends, and enjoy a sazerac!

Beautiful bar inside The Roosevelt Hotel. The rich wood paneling and heavy furniture made this bar a room to enjoy the Sazerac drink created at this historic bar. The staff mixologists were friendly and attentive. Also try the Ramos Fizz. Had a great time just with friends enjoying drinks and conversations.

Great atmosphere. Feels like you're at a bar 100 years in the past. Lots of comfortable seats. Bartenders do an excellent job of creating the cocktails. The drinks are pricey but they come with a nice presentation.

Arguably, this is home of the first mixed drink--the Sazerac! The Sazeracs were strong and the bartenders are pros. We got some sweeter holiday cocktails too; the Christmas Cookie tasted just how a Christmas cookie should!
