Perfect spot!!! Upscale but not pretentious, drinks are poured with class and care and keep coming on time, and Gavin and Alexis especially were MORE than lovely and accommodating! I will be sure to come any weekend I'm in NoLA, not to be missed!! Leon, the manager, was a friendly and attentive gentleman whom I also completely appreciated. ❤⚜??Ps order chicken and sausage gumbo
We always enjoy the variety of jazz and blues music that is presented in this venue, right in the busiest part of the French quarter. It is hidden inside the Royal Sonesta hotel, even has a nice outside courtyard patio. There is attentive staff, good cocktails, and good wine.
Just had an awesome time there. Phenomenal atmosphere and the band (Big Sam’s Funky Nation) was amazing. The energy in the place and the staff made for a great experience.
Drink prices are steep but food prices were nice. Liked the ambiance and our Dayton native bartender. He had a warm aura.Did not care for the oysters if I'm honest, but loved the gator. Not too crowded and we felt safe even in the middle of a pandemic.
A wonderfully classy jazz bar in the heart of the Quarter. I love coming here with friends, family, and loved ones to enjoy the great love band and well crafted cocktails. They even have burlesque shows on Friday evening. Highly recommended.
Great place. Went twice while in NOLA. Awesome service & drinks both times. Great music the first time & very good the 2nd time.Highly recommend this place.
The burlesque show was amazing. But I don't understand why they had to put a guy in there who was stripping like a girl. He wasn't attractive, and it was very obvious that he had more in his panties than he should have. It literally changed the whole vibe in the room. The women, on the other hand, we're gorgeous and it would've been a beautiful show otherwise.
Have to say our waitress went above and beyond. She was extremely friendly, and we loved her energy the entire time we were there, and she also gave great cocktail recs! I liked how they had the room set up, and felt like there was enough space between everyone. Appreciated that they announced COVID protocols at the beginning of the show. The burlesque dancers were really cool. Definitely a great way to start the night and get hype, if that's what you're looking for. Gives major "yas queen" vibes! Would go again for sure.
Such a beautiful spot. Really nice and relaxing. A great place to escape all the noise and craziness from the street. Such an amazing band and beautiful jazz music was playing the drinks west fairly priced as well
Loved the jazz music! Great cocktails.
