I usually get the morning bowl and today it smelled so funky. Like why did it smell so strongly of something sulfuric/like something died? It was edible but the smell was just so strong I couldn’t finish it (also was afraid I’d get sick). Also got the green smoothie, it was okay, nothing to write home about.

The most delicious food! I have so many dietary restrictions and I found amazing, indulgent food! The customer service was outstanding, too.We were in town on vacation and hit this place up twice!

My sister and I came to get quick, healthy brunch. I ordered an almond smoothie and she ordered the seasonal lemonade and some food. She gave us a table number and sat down. When the cashier brought us our drinks(one was brown and the other light green). We thought it was odd that the lemonade would be green, but the other smoothie was mine so we both took a sip. My sister said the lemonade tasted odd, but we thought it was just a unique blend. But a customer came up to our table and told us that we had her number and that these were her drinks. We immediately apologized and said these were the drinks handed to us and that I had ordered the same almond drink as her. But, she goes to the cashier and asks for us to pay for the skinny green smoothie which is what my sister took a sip out of. The cashier comes over and tells us to pay and says “sorry”. In an instance like this, no one should have to pay for a mistake made by the worker. We came into this restaurant, payed for drinks and food, and expect to drink and eat any food that is handed to our table without warning. I understand everyone makes mistakes , but this is frustrating and has stopped us from ever coming back to this location. However, the drinks and food were great; such a same this happened.

Very overpriced, the place smells bad, the avocado toast was given to me with already fully brown, oxidized (gross) avocado, and on top of that, the cashier verbally asked me if I wanted to leave a tip in front of a full line of customers (never happened to me before at any restaurant). I've never been asked out loud for a tip before, and why would I tip a casher for taking my to-go order? Not returning.

I love The Daily Beet! It is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. They have a great variety of healthy and delicious options. My go to menu items are the Beet Benedict, The Lox Plate and The Watermelon Ginger Fresh pressed juice. As long as they exist I’ll be a customer.

Locally owned; Best fresh squeezed juice ever! Taste like I made it at home (Virginia). Friendliest people. Ms. Thompson is the bomb! Must visit!

I needed to eat something and wasn’t super hungry and wanting something more on the light side. Was driving through the Garden district and Yelp actually found this place for me. It sounded like exactly what I was in the mood for and it did not disappoint! I got the breakfast tacos (breakfast served all day) and my husband just ordered a green juice. The tacos were delicious. A little messy to eat but worth it! My husband loved the green juice; I prefer a tad more sweetness but then again, he didn’t order his juice for me. Haha I left feeling satiated and not over full. Exactly what I wanted! Place is also super cute inside. Will definitely come back if visiting New Orleans.

Had my farewell to NOLA meal here just before heading to the airport. Went with the curry which was a great call. Service was friendly and the establishment itself was super nice. If I am back in Louisiana, I will definitely repeat and check out the breakfast.

What a delightful reprieve from the gluten and dairy heavy menus of every other restaurant in this town. The açaí bowl was absolutely delicious and I felt great after eating it. Also had an egg on the side which was also perfect. Staff was knowledgeable about food allergy issues and super helpful. Robust menu with a variety of wholesome options. Overall great experience. I would most definitely go back.

The Daily Beet is one my absolutely FAVORITE spots for breakfast or lunch along Magazine! You’ve got to try the vegan tofu beet Benedict, it is to die for!!! The owner there is hands on and so nice and helpful! Lots of vegan options!
