Great location with excellent coffee ! And you should definitely try the vegan cookies, they are delicious :)
Fantastic location, great evening hours, and free wifi--the holy trinity of coffee spots. Great coffee shop for studying; although the furniture is a little worn and could use some comfort updates: the armchair back foam is worn out and the wood frames can be felt through the cover, the couch springs are worn and would be improved from a piece of plywood to give the cushions some support, and the chairs by the fireplace could use some back cushions...other than that everything else is great.Staff, drinks, and snacks are right on the money and the deck outside is great. All around one of the best coffee shops for a study, chill, write, and hangour spot in the city.

Used to be a nice place, until this year. The new cohort of baristas behave like natural-born killers. The tiny, skinny goth girl, along with the big, manly goth girl (both usually working late afternoon and evening) do not have the basic human decency to respond to any patrons’ “hello,” and they cannot say “you’re welcome,” and they look at everyone with scorn, hostility and disgust, as if both of them are ready to lynch us in the spot. Doesn’t matter how well anyone tips them. We’re all scum to both of them. This was my last time here. I’ve had enough of this nonsense.
A nice cafe to spend some relaxing time by yourself or with your partner or friends. They do have a few items to eat but the coffee and tea here are really amazing. Street parking is available on the road adjacent to the cafe and it's free.

Love the coffee and the vibe here. Looking forward to visiting again.They've never gotten a noise complain from residents on the floors above, never until we were there. I'm very proud of the fact that we got a stern talking to about noise at a coffee shop.
I go to the bean gallery almost everyday. The sandwiches are wonderful and the coffee drinks are also equally as good. The staff is friendly and kind.
