Decided to give this place a chance but the experience was pathetic. Waited at the counter to place my order but wasn't acknowledged by the lady behind the counter. I saw she was busy but after 10 minutes of waiting and no hey I'll be with you in a minute, I left. I would have gladly waited if she would have just said something. Poor customer service skills.
I had an early bird breakfast. Everything was good. Pancakes were the best part. Bacon didn't have much flavor. Sweet tea was really good. Service was excellent and fast. Good place to stop for a quick breakfast.

The food was good diner burgers, but a man was hanging outside the door begging and came in wanting money. We couldn’t enjoy our meal at all. It was scary and uncomfortable. The staff should have made him leave. He kept approaching my husband. We were happy to get a fun old diner meal then it all turned out bad. ??
Best burger in New Orleans, hands down, and that's saying a lot. Fussy kid agrees. A nostalgic delight. Breakfast menu is great, too.

We were there Saturday afternoon January 16, 2022. There were five of us around 2 pm. The lady that took our order at the counter was one of the sweetest we have ever met. She went above and beyond in making sure our experience there was top-notch. I only wish I’d thought to get her name! Food was delicious and next time we’re in NO, we’ll be back.
