Good customer service.The Coffee was decent,establishment was nice. The bathrooms need a little upkeep.

Is it me, or does Starbucks suck now? Maybe they should put more money into their machines and coffee quality and less money into unethical union-busting activities.
Coffee is great as always a starbucks fan here. Just didn’t like that the inside tables were closed and we asked if we can use it as we had a quick work meeting. They just said no and that they had it closed for a reason / another meeting or event they had today. The whole time we were here nobody was using it and my partner had to do his meeting outside by the stairs because of how loud the music and people were in here. Not the best customer service.
Great staff, really good frappes. I love the way they make them here, it's my favorite Starbucks in the area.
Young man at drive thru was very patient and helpful. They did not have what I wanted but he was patient in allowing me the time to pick something else with a positive attitude. Great work.
Very nice atmosphere. The staff was da bomb.com. my coffee was on point and my spinach wrap was soooo good. It's nice having a Starbucks in da hood. We like nice stuff to. ??
Absolutely terrible service. Never have the ingredients to make my drinks which are basic orders.. always get my drinks wrong and I have to go inside to get them corrected. Waited in line over 45 minutes. Ordered off Uber eats and called the location beforehand and told them who it was and what my order was (when they already had knowledge of who I am and what I order) and the manager told me he would make sure it’s right and it was delivered wrong. I then proceeded to call and they would not help me and told me to call cooperate which is who I’m on the phone with currently. Very unsatisfied. Let me also add their is homeless people standing at the microphone where you order asking for food and money. This is WORSE THAN MCDONALDS. No one is ever seen at this location doing work or homework on their computer because it’s so hectic and stressful/chaotic. It’s supposed to be relaxing and classy.
I’ve been through 2x in two days, ordered the same thing, and got different drinks everytime. I also ordered a regular croissant, at the window they read off order and said chocolate, I said oh no I ordered a regular, they pretended to fix and gave me chocolate- lied!!
everyone was SUPER nice and the guy there was adorable and really sweet to my mom. ??
