It was a nice place inside and the people working the counter were nice. The biggest down side is there are a tone of people outside begging for money or talking to them selves or yelling at people passing by.

Nice service and clean with seats inside. Easy to find with free parking. Good customer service with efficient service on delivering drinks. It has that New Orleans customer service which is slower than normal but above average for new orleans customer service. They don't make change for 50 dollar bills and may not have receipt for you. I suggest using starbucks app. I decided to take a photo of a loving new orleans couple where she was being treated by her man. How sweet!

Why review a Starbucks? Aren't they all the same? Because the service at this place was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees -- not drinks that had to made, just coffees that had to be poured! The trainee taking orders and running the register regarded us as an interruption to her day and evidently didn't communicate our order to the people making stuff -- who were evidently working hard. We had to flag one of them down to get our order fulfilled. Fortunately the place wasn't that busy. I couldn't believe it. I've never had such lousy service at a Starbucks.

Wonderful and happy workers.. I love it there!

What can I say, Starbucks is the best! By the way they close at 6 p.m. not 8:30

I don't understand how this location has a 4.1 rating. I don't like giving reviews unless the issue is persisting, a few of the employees brazenly don't care. I understand how it must be to be over worked which is why when they're busy I try to be understanding. But, today the store was empty and they were out of a key ingredient (like always because whoever orders for them is trash at their job as theyre always out of most things) and just put the empty cup there. I stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me (for 10 MINUTES)but instead they just remained on their phones until I had to ask for assistance. I asked the short girl why the cups for my drink were empty and she tells me "clearly we're out of something." As if it were obvious. She made me physically hand her the cup that was RIGHT in front of her for her to tell me what was out. She and the other girl who ignored customers while on her phone behind the counter don't need to be servicing customers. Have them prepping in the back if they can't fix their attitudes.

Out of vanilla syrup, almond milk, oatmilk, blonde espresso, java chip and chai. When I ordered online it told me most of those... But I still showed up to 5 of my 6 drinks not being ready. At 9am Dirty bathroom, dirty dining room floor, dirty tables. The only reason they got two stars because the associate I spoke to was very nice

My parents come here all the time. We'll, used to. Spend like $300 a month. A friend of mine and I were visiting from our of town and came here with my parents for breakfast. We showed our vaccine card and had mask on. Took them off as soon as we sat down as is standard for all restaurants. (We ordered food online, so it was ready when we got there). Crystal (employee) told us to put our mask on if we weren't eating. (???) We were eating. Got into with my 64 year old mother and got her all upset. We continued to eat and then another employee told us to put mask on or leave. We told her we were drinking or drinks still. She said if she couldn't "actively" see us drinking, we had to put the mask on. I understand the policy for doing this. But we were actively eating and drinking sitting with no one around us. I feel that it was a bit harassing to keep hounding us over this. We grabbed our drinks and food and left. This place lost my parents business permanently. Had they kindly asked us instead of being hateful and harassing, this could've ended differently.

Friendly staff - great cappuccino but sadly there is no restroom at the store.

As a person with hearing lost it is difficult to understand the worker with a mask, but she talked too fast and the menu was confusing. Also the customers did not have on mask like they should have. My coffee was good but I could not find sugar. I did not feel helped.
