I have been to Starbucks 3 times thinking maybe it was my taste buds. Not so . This last time I ordered a caramel frappe.It was bad it tasted like I had a cup of ice.I will not be going to this location again. I guess I will keep going to PJ's
I love my Starbucks location and the local crew. They are always so friendly and packed with great alternatives in the event supplies have run out.
All we got was coffee and it was as expected. You need a code for the restroom. The outdoor patio was nice.
Back to normal hours, drink consistency a little off though.
Employees were very friendly and also made suggestions. They were very knowledgeable about the products. This was my first visit.
Sometimes a little slow in the drive thru when it’s busy but overall good service and my order is correct
I was an advocate Starbucks drinker a few years ago but switched to a local competitor. Recently I stopped at this location because I had a gift card, and have been a regular since. I love this location! I place a mobile order and it’s always ready before I arrive. The baristas at this local make the best coffees compared to other West Bank locations. They’re also so sweet and welcoming. I know their hours are different than most locations, but it works for my schedule. Hoping this wonderful service and coffee flavor continues!
They always get the order right but ordered a hot venti white chocolate mocha and when I got home it was about 2 inches of drink missing due to the foam. Waste of money for the biggest drink.
Always exceptional. I live literally 2 minutes from the Manhattan store in Harvey, but I go to Algiers, Marrero or Claiborne Ave. , because they have much better customer service.
Due to the long lines they’ve had these past 2 days , order ahead has been through the drive through. Food is coming out cold , and to top it off they gave me the wrong thing today and the phone line is busy/ disconnected to make them aware .
