Always enjoy a trip to Starbucks. Relaxing atmosphere and the service is great!!

Without a doubt, the worst managed starbucks ever…. so many crew behind the counter, more than in line waiting for drinks. I watched the girl pour my coffee in the cup then fix 4 other drinks before she put the ice in my cup. I only stop of this starbucks for its convenience, then every time reminded why it’s a mistake. I must be insane….

Service & food was great per usual… the app comes in the handy with checkin and rewards. Thanks!

The picture below is of my coffee and sandwich bought at the Starbucks on Causeway in Metairie, because it’s an impossible task at the Starbucks on Harrison, the only reason I went out for coffee is because of the loss of power on my street overnight. I watched five employees at Starbucks on Harrison in the dance of confusion, disorganization and chaos have almost 15 customers waiting and a line of inactivity of waiting customers to order. I gave up waiting to make an order after 10 minutes, drove to Causeway Starbucks in Metairie walked right in, ordered straight away and received what I ordered in less that five minutes. Same amount of staff, same amount of sitting customers. Focus Starbucks Harrison, don’t do your own thing! Well done Causeway!!!

Most of the employees working there are rude! They are always out of something. Today, they were out of vanilla syrup and berries. The employee taking our order was very rude and unprofessional (Devin, in training). She was giving my daughter and me dagger eyes for putting in an order. If she doesn't want to work, she does not need to subject everyone to her miserable self. Additionally, they made my daughter's drink incorrectly, and they refused to fix it. We spend an average of $25 per order, and we go there often. However, I have decided that I will be taking my money elsewhere!Starbucks seriously needs to find a good manger and recruit better employees!

Food was decent parking is tight. Place was clean staff was cool

it’s so bad I want to give it a 0 but that’s not possible so i give it a 1 . My cake pops were mushy and not baked properly and there were no Frappuccinos customer service was poor . Lady at the counter was talking very low as if she didn’t want to be there. I do not recommend this location very bad .

I have been loyal customer with Starbucks since 2013 and have come here to this location numerous times as it is my neighborhood Starbucks. Never in my 9 years of visiting this location have I experienced such rude and uncaring customer service. Kris and David were particularly unprofessional and treated me like I am not a valued customer. I simply asked how long the wait would be and David spoke harshly to me saying there is a 25 minute wait. We order in the app so we can avoid wait times like this. My order was placed 10 minutes prior to my arrival. I understand that mornings can be busy and hectic as I worked the hospitality industry for 10 years before going into business for myself. In my profession , I coach customer service agents on how to provide exceptional customer service so I know what to expect and what an abusive customer is. David accused me of speaking to him abusively. I absolutely did not cuss him out, call him out of his name, threaten him or anything that would rule a customer as abusive. Kris was only concerned with teaming up with her employee. She was not interested in de-escalating him or even showing empathy towards me. I spend too much money with this company to be treated in such a unprofessional way. I promote Starbucks all the time and have used this location to conduct business meet ups. But that is stopping today. I do not feel comfortable coming back here. I was racially profiled because I am an outspoken black woman. To be told my business is not needed is a true slap to the face as I never disrespected the staff and only sought to patronage the place. Since I am not valued my business will never come back here. As for the staff, there should be some corrective action taken on using soft skills and empathy. Word choice is also very important when communicating with a customer. Teach your employees elevated language and concentrate on what they can do for a customer versus what cannot be done.

I ordered 2 coffees and a cheese danish on Saturday (Dec. 4th) morning @ 9am via the mobile app. My order was not ready until 9:30. I understand that most mornings at this location are pretty busy. So while the wait was inconvenient, it wasn’t that big of a deal. The staff appeared to be unorganized and overwhelmed. In the car after receiving my order, I realized my vanilla sweet cream cold brew was TERRIBLE. This is my go to order, and while it hasn’t been the same every time, it’s never been this bad. I chalked this up to the store being busy and the employees rushing. So, then I begin to eat my cheese danish. About half way through I notice a “wet dirt” taste. I look down and there is MOLD on the danish. (See pics) I was unable to return to the store because I had to pick my daughter up from practice but I immediately start calling the store to let them know. After about an hour of calling I finally get someone on the phone. The guy that answered asked if I wanted to notify the manager. Ummm of course at the very least the manager should be made aware that they are serving bad food to customers. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes a young lady comes to phone and apologizes about the incident but said the manager is not there yet and would call me within the hour when she arrives. I spent most of yesterday evening nauseous and vomiting. I can only assume from the mold consumption ?. It has been MORE than 24 hours since the store was made aware of the incident and I still have not received a call from the manager!
