Awesome service! Location not so great tho
You enter in Starbucks and you smell heaven. Coffee is nectar. Starbucks is best for coffee lovers.
Love the workers of this store. But I saw who I assume to be the owner of the place yelling at employees while I was trying to study. Totally unprofessional and I can only imagine what the employees go through on a regular basis. Why would the owner act like that in front of customers ? Bad look for Starbucks especially when there are tons of authentic and local cafes within blocks of this place. Will never be back.
UNION STRONG!! ✊?☕The good people of Louisiana have got your back, guys! I will be watching your efforts from afar and rooting for you.
The worst Starbucks location ever. I order ice latte ( no ice ) and all I got is half cup for full price ?other location never did thisI wish there were zero stars
Customer service here can be hit or miss, but Adam was a really great example of great customer service. I was having trouble paying with the starbucks app and he went to great lengths to help me figure it out (even while the other employee was reluctant to help). Thank you, Adam!
I've been here before, and the place is as nice as any Starbucks on the inside. However, parking is an issue if you're driving, and their hours of operation in Google maps don't match their real hours. I went in the evening, while google maps said it was open only to find out thatit was a lie.
This Starbucks is nestled in this beautiful neighborhood of New Orleans near Tulane University. I went here with my godson, who plays basketball for Tulane University, and the customer service was excellent with a friendly neighborhood Vibe!
The people are always nice, I don't always come to this Starbucks, but every time they're pretty nice and welcoming.
Always nice staff. Good coffee/love Starbucks. Vegan milk options. Friendly atmosphere. Clean store. Good outside sitting option. Nice neighboorhood. Thankful for the staff that works as fast as possible for a little bit more than minimum wage during an epidemic to make sure most of us can have a cup of "before the epidemic" feeling.
