Nice stop along the way if you're touring. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. I stood at the counter to order two separate times and none of the employees acknowledged I was there. One ran around the counter and stood with another woman to talk about her dog. The second time the other stood with another woman and talked to her about some tattoo and pricing. I don't mind the talking to other customers, but work while doing it. And acknowledge people walking in and standing at the counter to order.

I knew the server, i.e., manager was going to be a problem from the start. He made us wait to take our order so that he could publicly humiliate one of his colleagues for being late. He claimed she had to choose between taking a lunch or losing an hours pay. That is none of our business. He is a big drama queen and I mean big literately and figuratively. Avoid this Starbucks if you can. Check out C&R coffee if you want great brew, excellent service and a friendly environment.

Friendly service and also good music taste :) Could have ben a bit cleaner but was ok.

I use to love Starbucks, but this one has the rudest employees, never happy, just rude like you're a bother to them. I only come here if I want coffee before the other coffee places open. 1 star for early hours. Oh, and it's always DIRTY in there.. just a bad atmosphere all together. I usually tip great, but I will never tip them! To bad bc of her rudeness she missed out on a 10 to 15 tip for one coffee.

Decent Starbucks. Great location to people watch and get some work done, or just relax.

Sarah 1 star is very rude not welcoming I have never been treated like that before.. sure we all have bad days but it’s not the Consumer fault..Miss Jess 5 starts gives Impeccable customer service., & everyone’ else is just as lovely . 5 stars

Went to this Starbucks on last Sunday and the girl was wiping my outsaide cup qith her NASTY APRON. i immediately said no,no,give me some napkins i will take care of that ,,now who does that smdh...

Came here to meet a tour guide in New Orleans. This Starbucks is huge and fancy!

Just had the most wonderful experience at Starbucks, and found my new favorite drink!! Went in about 45 minutes before closing. All of the baristas were super nice, not impatient. I was unsure what I wanted (nobody behind me) and Jessica asked if I wanted suggestions. Ended up trying steamed oat milk and an oat milk latte for the first time, with cinnamon and brown sugar. (Jessica said to make sure to ask for the cinnamon to be steamed with the oat milk!) It was AMAZING, the taste equivalent of wrapping yourself in a warm blanket just pulled from the dryer. I will be ordering this again and again. THANK YOU to the lovely people at the Magazine Starbucks!

Kicked out for not having a mask, I asked if they could provide me one and I was told no and asked to leave not only me but my whole family and we got masks and went back and the person who asked me to leave was not there and people without a mask were served right in front of me. Also people were being provided masks as well.
