The place is huge but no tables or chairs. Maybe it was not yet allowed? (visited on May 2022)We were hoping to find Been There Series of tiny mug Starbucks collectibles with New Orleans name on it but found a big one though. There are only 3 crews working that time so have to wait a little longer for the orders.
Kelly, Ka-ha, and the rest of the team are always super welcoming and professional. Having followed the crew from, the now closed, Canal Place location it is easy to speak to the amazing dedication they have to the job. This location always has people pouring in from the street and I just don't know how they manage to keep up with the volume.Service = 5Team = 5Coffee = 5Meal / Hot Items = 5In the rare occasion something is slightly off, a polite word and it is like it never happened. THE BEST!
It's 0630, and still waiting for their 0600 opening time. Nothings put out, food, ext. And there seems to be no sense of urgency even though they are this late.
My wife and I ordered our drinks and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes along with 20 other people for our drinks. There were those that ordered after us that received their drinks before us. Of the 5-6 people working there, only 2 were actively making drinks. I saw multiple times they would check their cell phones. Then we received our drinks…which ended up being wrong. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
The absolute worst Starbucks ever! Every time I order with my points, they never get my order. Due to the ridiculous amount of money I have spent at this location they should be a little more helpful.
Designed to accommodate a large flow of walk thru traffic, there was no indoor seating. The staff were great and the service was fast. Order ahead supported here as well!
Terrible experience. 30 min from walking-in, placing order, and receiving drink. Drink was made incorrectly with no offer to remake. Instead, drink was "fixed" resulting in 3/4 of a cup for a $6.00 purchase. Barista appeared disinterested and reluctant to acknowledge me. Will not return to this location.
Great Starbucks store. But there are no chairs to sit around only standing tables. Although there are a lot of homeless people in front of the store but my Caffe Misto with Oatmilk was great as usual. The problem with homeless people is also a big problem in the whole Canal St.
Very slow moving lines. slow service as well.2 cappuccinos took 15 min to be handed over. Warming food in the microwave took another 10 minutes.Lines were long and it was busy but that didn't get reflected on the other side of the counter.
No complaints, Except for the Guests should be more patient. When receiving Order and We all are familiar about COVID so recipe shortages shouldnt cause a bad attitude and Tip the Employees...
