Today I was a little bit disappointed about my Starbucks visit. I ordered a single espresso, but the taste was not that good. The barista was very helpful and offered me a new one, because she saw, that I did not like it. The second one was a little bit better, but still not like a real espresso. It was bitter and had a less taste. It was more like a real very small coffee instead of a strong and punchy taste.I appreciate the effort from the barista!
Visiting from out of town, and this Starbucks is right across from us, so going each morning is essential. I'm a huge starbucks drinker, and all the stores are different, but, this is the worst one I've been to. Each of my orders has been wrong in some way. The taste isn't consistent. The workers all look like they rather be literally anywhere else. The display case needs to be cleaned and all the old food needs to be thrown away.

First time with a bad experience with Starbucks employees .. I forgot to order a hot chocolate, and had to make the queue again. The employee making coffees telling me it was not under her responsibility if I was not controlling my items ...

Took 30 minutes to get two vanilla sweet cream cold brews, the barista clearly did not even know how to make this order. Watched another customer ask for a refund due to the long wait time. Have never had such a poor Starbucks experience.
We regularly order coffee at Starbucks. The service at this location NEEDS ATTENTION from management or higher up. It took 30 minutes to get an iced coffee.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. One of the worst Starbucks in the city. They only have two people working on a busy Sunday morning. Literally took over and hour to get my 2 lattes. They are also always out of everything! Avoid this location go to canal street.
The barista was making our coffee and we got mine, but then completely stoped their job to come out from the bar and walk to each person with a box of masks requiring everyone put them on and to show papers. There were about 20 people at this time. We were in there for an un needed amount of time due to this fact. My drink was wrong but I couldn’t even get it fixed because there was no one actually making drinks? they took everyone’s money and orders, but then stopped production to require masks and negative tests or vaccine cards. Beware of this before you spend your money here.
