The food was good. For some it was not as hot as expected but not really cold. We had a table of 11 so a stumble or two is expected. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. The service was a little slow but our waitress was working her tail off. Hard to get help now days but they did good. The show was great Jason Neville and his group put on a wonderful and sophisticated show.
My SIL and I enjoyed our dinner and show so much! Definitely a must visit place in New Orleans!
I watched Jason Marsalis best show I’ve gone to I’ve got to say! The drummer was super entertaining always smiling and really was talented. The piano was amazing. Bass sounded so good and Jason did especially well.
I use to go before the pandemic and after when they was serving thru the door the old manager J gone and the food and bartender service is terrible i won’t be going back ever again not even for a drink they’re terrible for anyone who doesn’t know any better they’d say it’s good but it’s really terrible the gumbo bad bar service trash i use to love this place not anymore. you can still see a good music show. the food is trash now
We have not eaten here, but it is a great live jazz venue. The acts have always been top-notch, the seating area is comfortable with good sight lines and decent service, and the online ticket purchase is convenient and easy.
A most perfect end to a stay in NOLA. Dinner was brilliant, fish no spice for our no spice tolerant friends, (can be a thing in NOLA).Staff just wonderful. We decided to stay and pay the $20 for the 90min show. A great discussion. A new favorite for me, an old hand at the NOLA world. Total 5 star in everything.
A very nice restaurant to enjoy a small variety of New Orleans entrees. Great Customer Service with a nice list of wines and cocktails to purchase also. Parking is limited so prepare to pay for parking. They also have a live music room to purchase tickets and enjoy jazz or other live music. Highly suggest to enjoy the music as it's worth the price. Nice for couples, special occasions and business meetings. ENJOY!
Walking down on Frenchmen st something told me to check this place out and what a nice surprise …. Amazing performance in a super intimate secret theatre in the back… Mahmoud chouki new world Ensemble was playing and if you can go see them! Very very special ?
Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The Fried Mushrooms were AMAZING!! The Snug Harbor cocktail was DELICIOUS!! Next time we might pay to check out the band. You can watch them on a screen in the bar area though if you don't post for the show. Check them out!
