First time visiting this location. Smoothie was good…service not so good. I ordered my smoothie and stepped aside to wait for it. One of the workers yelled with her back turned “You can wait outside ma’am we gon call you when it’s ready”. I stepped outside of the sliding door to wait. Another worker yells out “I don’t know why they do that!!!” Once again this was my first time at this place and you’re frustrated that the customers do not know your rules…as the cashier checks the customer out she can politely inform the customer to step outside while waiting for their order..SIMPLE! You can’t expect someone to automatically know your rules. More than likely I won’t return.
Smoothie was good, got the peanut power plus. Cashier was a little rude and rushed me. Seemed like she was having a bad day, but the guy making the smoothies was better.
We just picked up from there after our drop off a little after noon, today. The staff was great. Excellent suggestions for my food allergies. Made perfectly and delicious. Worth the 937 mile trip.
The service is great, the smoothie I ordered wasn't so good then I asked if they could remake it and they did, and the second one was freaking amazing. Thanks yall!
