Terrible customer service server was very nonchalant. I had to wait atleast 10 minutes before she took my order. The server was very aggressive after informing her that the chip reader was lagging. Writing this as I wait on my 20 oz smoothie with only two other customers .. Smh .
Terrible experience. I went in there to get my smoothie like I always do at same location and this girl name DaJhanell working there said I'm cleaning so I won't b able to serve u for next 15 min so I waited in lobby and after 10 min she said come on what u want u getting on my nerves. All I wanted was my smoothie

I will never order in this location anymore. I get out from work yesterday and I just placed my smoothie online and once I picked it up. The guy told me that nothing came out so he won’t make it. I showed him my receipt by email but he still said no and giving me a bad attitude. Is it my fault if your web is not working. F this place I would give zero star if it’s available
Smoothie was good, guy working there had a terrible attitude. Made the experience uncomfortable.
Terrible customer service. I waited more than 10 minutes for my smoothie after i ordered while others recieved theirs quickly. I'm here on business from out of town and even the tho the mask mandate is no longer in effect I was told that I needed a mask to be in the business which I respectfully observed. Meanwhile all employees either had their mask on there chin our under there nose which was very hypocritical.
Horrible service, walked in and while approaching the register to order, the guy in a very bad mood and horrible attitude screamed to me that there was other people about to order and I have to wait, then when it was my turn I asked him if he was ok, he said NO, I AM ANNOYED AND IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!! He was making the orders throwing stuff, he got a really bad attitude towards people getting in the store, the employee’s name is Steven.
Stood there for 2 mins and there was no line, two people behind the counter and no one bothered to take my order or acknowledge me.
(Originally posted to the wrong SK location)This is supposed to be the corporate store but it’s the worst location in regards to service. Understaffed. Typically there’s only one person trying to serve a line of people. 20+ minute wait times are expected and there’s no seating available in the meantime. It’s not uncommon to see people get out of line and leave the store without ordering. I’ve been here when there’s a whole crew serving customers and the service is much better, but that’s rare. This location is often out of some main ingredient (they were out of bananas my last visit). The store is very clean though.
