The best Smoothies ever. I'm a frequent customer. Love the ambiance and the ease of purchasing my smoothie of choice. Scott is the best and he knows how to give you the tastiest blend of ingredients to keep you coming back for more. Highly recommend

My concern is when your employees are distracted during a busy time such as 12-1 for example.I came in for an online order. A couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called it out without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink.They had to wait while the worker kept calling out the smoothie that was correct for the other customer, even though he patiently told them multiple times that belonged to the ones she gave his smoothie to.Getting close to past the pickup time for my own order, I saw a different worker behind the counter in glasses wearing an iPhone earbud, the only one making smoothies at that point, put one on to blend then turned towards the back wall for a minute or two gesturing with her hands as she spoke to whoever was on her iPhone piece. I was still waiting for my order at that point. I ended up waiting nearly double the quoted wait time.Aside from my own order, I would hope in the future employees pay more attention when they're on the clock and not be on the phone, as well as paying closer attention to an obviously avoidable mishap.

This is a good, quality, reliable smoothie king that doesnt get too busy. Good for a quick lunch.

I remember going to the original Smoothie King when I was in High School. I've never been to a Smoothie King like this one. Wound up tossing the Power Punch Plus after a couple sips. Had a metallic taste. Have to find somewhere else in this neighborhood ?

Do not recommend this location. I arrived at 6:40pm, opened the door to this business and before I can even step foot into the building I get yelled at, “WE ABOUT TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH!!” In other words, we can’t serve you. Mind you, there was not just one, but three workers staring at me refusing to take my order because he trash is apparently more important than a paying customer. This business does not close until 8pm. I understand if you need to take out the trash, but you put that before your customers? The trash couldn’t have waited 5 more minutes to serve a paying customer?

We went to get smoothies for the Fourth of July after getting our nails done. We looked at the sign and it said open till five. When we tried to open the door at 4:40 it was locked!!! We walked to go do something else for the meantime and we saw the employee walking out of petco. We walked back to check if we could get a smoothie around 4:55 and the door was unlocked. We opened the door to SEE SOMEONE ELSE CHECKING OUT INSIDE! Then She had the audacity to tell us that he was the last customer. 0 out of 10 experience and we left very disappointed and stunned. I will NEVER go to that location again and I’m thinking about switching to a new local smoothie shop. I have never been so violated and if it was me owning the shop I would have the employee fired ASAP!

More than half hour from closing they re already turning lights off on u, card reader not working.

This store is terrible. Totally inconsistent service from the other locations. I always get the same medium drink at every location and add several items to the drink which always makes it a large. This location somehow always manages to make it still in a medium cup. On the rare occasion they actually do use 2 cups, they try to charge me a second charge (after already paying for all the added ingredients) to get the extra overflow in the 2nd cup.

I work in the area and sometimes stop before going to work it suppose to open at 7:00 a.m again on this morning , I finally left after sitting outside until 7:15 staff still wasn't there , never opens on time..sad!

Employees on personal call, using profanity, and messed up my order.
