I arrived 8:50, and the cashier didn't want to get my order
I walk up to the register to order, and the employee, Tabrielle I believe, slowly walks over to the register while looking at text or her social media on her phone. She continues to do that while occasionally glancing up at me, with no proper greeting or anything!! I don’t know if she’s working or taking a break! After a few moments, I realize I have to just say I’m ready to order! She rings up my order while still holding her phone and eye balling me like I’m bothering her!! Who’s training the staff there!?! Y’all don’t have to worry about bothering you, I’ll just get my smoothie from the other franchises around the city… ??♂️?
horrible customer service. cashier rolled eyes at me just because I asked for a moment to see the menu.. mind you it was empty so i'm not sure to why he did that. sometimes customers get overwhelmed by the amount of things on their menus like be nicer.
I’ve been going to Smoothie King since original location on Mississippi Street. Worst experience at any location in all my years. Only customer in the store cashier was twirling his hair looking down at his phone and didn’t even look at up me for a few seconds. Took my order was soooo slow to get up to make it kept opening cabinets went in back etc. Finally I said forget it and I left. Terrible customer service !!! Will never ever stop at that location again . Feel sorry for whoever owns this location.
Service was very pleasant, worst smoothie I’ve ever had. Tasted chalky and off. Great staff, though.

Every single employee at this location was wearing their masks improperly: all had noses out and one wasn’t even covering the mouth. Disgusting.
Store at 1905 St. Charles Avenue in unsafe. Workers had masks under chin and they are not practicing any sort of social distancing - store was packed. Did a mobile order and threw it in the garbage as I left because it is unsafe!
Love it! I like to get the strawberry hulk with extra strawberries.
