My online order never arrived. The app said two different drivers picked it up and one said delivered. My order was never delivered I called the store and one employee said no order was received and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with a manager and the manager said my order was still at the store and was never picked up then hung up.
I know that one smoothie maker can make the "super nutty grain" correctly
We had an unfortunate experience at this location last week, and after reading other reviews it seems like service troubles are common. I tried to order two different smoothies but they were out of a lot of ingredients... understandable. So we proceeded with 2 other smoothies. When the computer wouldn't function properly, the girl helping us became increasingly frustrated and loud. She snapped at us that we "didn't have to give her attitude" - so we declined to order & went somewhere else. She continued yelling at us multiple times across the food court as we walked away. Maybe she was just having a bad day. We hope she gets the training she needs for her position.
Been here for over 30 minutes waiting for these people to come open …
I absolutely love the staff there now. They are very efficient and quick. I get my strawberry hulk everyday! The girls know my order and are very lovely to talk to. Everyone that works around here can definitely tell that things have changed since the beginning of the year. Keep up the good work! ??
I just left smoothie king and i love how the lady handled the rude customer even after he called her out her name and flicked his finger at her she still continue helping the next guest she handled the rude customer by refusing service workers shouldnt have to take that i enjoyed my bananaboat and will be back to visit new orleans soon great service fast and friendly
We stopped in here en route back from the hotels / mall near the river, as my daughter was hot and got a craving for a smoothie for dinner during our walk. There was a small crowd gathered after 3 p.m. on a Friday when we arrived. Some were waiting to order and some were waiting *for* their order. My daughter waited in line and I took advantage of the chairs lining the front windows. It took about 20 minutes for her to get her smoothie. I'm not faulting the staff - they seemed quite busy and were doing their best to process the many customers. Just be advised that, if you stop in during such a busy period, that you may also need to wait for a smoothie. She definitely enjoyed it after we exited into the afternoon sun / heat. It was a refreshing snack / meal. FYI - this location is convenient to multiple downtown hotels and businesses, also.
Amazing smoothies terrible service. They started serving smoothies at 1 o’clock and the lady that was their ever cents 10 said she did not know when they opened. I saw 30+ customers get turned away while I was at lunch around 12.
Just left the Smoothie King at the Riverwalk in New Orleans and I am so impressed and happy with the service I got there. The Manger Tabitha was amazing very nice and respectful to all the costumers including myself. My smoothie was so good as well she made it very fast didn't have to wait long at all. Definitely will be going back before I leave to go home while I stay at the Hilton for vacation.
