This place was disappointing in every sense of the word. I love Thai food and the food was just not made well. First off there are barely any vegetarian options, and somehow most of them have pineapple in them - don’t know why. But I got the tofu pad kee mao noodles and they were flavorless. The veggies were just boiled and added to the noodles at the end and no consistent flavors. Do not recommend.

We ate there based on a couple of reviews. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty; not a good sign. The food was very good; especially the duck dishes. We had great service as the restaurant was empty. Enjoyed our meal; too bad people don't know about this gem of a retaurant.

The food is pretty good service is pretty much rude and unreliable. I ordered from here once a week for almost a year and won't ever again.Sometimes my pickup order is given to the wrong person or just simply not their forcing a 20-40 minute wait. This is after scheduling it with an app in advanced. If this was a one time occurrence it wouldn't be a thing. They should stop taking delivery and pickup orders if they don't intend to fulfill the order or at least offer an appolgy. Please ausep the app if you can't do the work.

We were staying at the hotel across the street and came for dinner. Man We're glad we did. Food was fantastic and service was great! I had the Basil Chicken which delicious and just the right spice level. My wife had the Cashew chicken which was also delicious. Crispy spring rolls were great too.

Crispy Duck is crispy as well as “melt in your mouth” delicious! Perfect combination of sweet and savory.

Had a wonderful dinner! Excellent beef curry and pad Thai. Highly recommend!

Tried this place as my usual Thai place is closed. Orederd red curry and Tom yum. Both dishes were bad. Extremely sweet, no flavor and I was unable to eat it. This is very disappointing since I am sick and really needed a good curry. The portions were small for the price given but since I couldn't eat it. I guess it doesn't matter.

One of the best Thai places I have been. Must try is their crispy thin battered squid and curries.

The food was absolutely delicious and the flavors were spot on. We order spicy friend rice and noodles with chicken. It is a very good place for Thai food.

My husband, Edward and I shared a love of a Thai restaurant in Tuscaloosa. In 1991 it was called Thai House, then in a later incarnation, Ruan Thai. We befriended the family. Some of the very best New Year meals and celebrations we ever had were there. Costumed dancing of Fon lep by Dolly simply mesmerized. The food, the best we have ever had anywhere. The very best. When the restaurant closed after decades of operation, we searched in vain for the flavors. The special nuanced curry dishes. The perfection that Chef Alp delivered every single meal. You don’t realize what you had until it’s gone. Then you endlessly long for it. It haunts you. That elusive, special meal that was so perfected. We found Singha Thai Cafe in New Orleans. We ordered curry dishes. Red and green. The service was humble, kind and thoughtful. The mixed drink, exactly proper. The curries, an echo of Ruan. It’s so surprising in that first bite to suddenly experience the flavor profile you’ve yearned for. It was so wonderful, I ordered another plate. I couldn’t stop. I wanted to slowly savor that subtle, delicious taste. The memories. We became lost in the moment. It was such a genuine surprise after eating at probably fifty other Thai restaurants and never encountering anything close to our hopes. Singha Thai Cafe delivered. Very happy. Very full. Very satisfied. This is a truly special place. December 22, 2021
