Fast food with upscale prices - the burgers are small, the prices are big.Glad to see that they have at least 1 veg option namely the Shroom Burger and crinkle cut fries. Self-service is a breeze and they pay kind attention to any allergy requests! The server made sure about our allergy preferences which is critical for us and that’s why they will get a 5 star review (else they would have a 4-star review)We got the Shroom Burger, fries, shake, chicken tenders/nuggets and the strawberry flavored drink.Food tasted good but maybe a bit pricier than I expected. ordered Shake Shack thru Uber Eats since I was exhausted by two days of walking around in the NOLA heat. We don't have these restaurants in my area. Food was good, shake was good as well. First Uber Eats experience and that went well too.
First Shake Shack Burger in New Orleans and the taste and the quality is as typical good. I like the juicy burgers, but I was a little bit disappointed about the fries. The portion was a little bit too less. Today I tried the chicken burger for the first time and I was barley surprised. The chicken was tasty and very juicy as well.If you choose a good burger than it is definitely a good and reasonable place for you. One more information: if you want to customize your burger, then you have to order it directly at the counter and do not use the kiosk.
It’s good to have Shake Shack nearby. However it was crowded and less clean compared to other Shake Shacks.Staffs were passionate but lack of dine in rooms and floors. It can be better.
My husband and I were walking around downtown and were very hungry. We stopped at about 4 different restaurants and all of them had at least an hour and another place had a wait time of 2 and a half hours!! And this was all before lunch! We went into Shake Shack and had a few minutes wait~we had never ordered on a machine like they have but everything was accurate in our order and pretty good. The people who worked there were super nice!
Very good chicken burger. Tasty and delicious. Busy place but fast service. I like the taste of the burger and fries.
We stopped in right before closing time after The Final 4 game! They ended up staying open longer because everyone was hungry after the game!! The staff did great and very friendly!! Hamburger was amazing with a niche crunchy outside. Fries aren’t my favorite in general at Shake Shack…maybe they need some seasoning or a little more flavor or something.
Not worth the hassle. Waited 30 minutes for delivery only to have my food disappear from their restaurant and my order canceled. It's too bad-- the food is good if you ever get it, but now I have to buy another dinner 45 minutes later and wait three days for a refund.
Love their shakes! The trash cans were overflowing in a bad way so I've docked a star.
Shake Shack has become big quickly coming New York and also very popular who enjoy burgers very much. This is my first time at Shake Shack also my wife,we went into Shake Shake first we people ordering at these Kiosk. We went to one of this kiosk machine order our food. We pay there we went find a table and wait for our number. They our number I pick our order then our food looks good but how it taste.I order the Shake Shack burger with cheese fries and a no way Shake it's a coffee mocha Shake. I took a bite of it but it good but it was average burger but the Shake was too much coffee flavor. The cheese fries were good.
