The menu is extensive so there's sure to be something for everyone. I had the omelette with spinach, mushrooms and onion. It was really nice! The portion was plentiful and very tasty! The lady behind the counter was super sweet and a great conversationalist! Very happy with my visit :)
Everything you would want from brunch. Good atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious food. Would definitely return. Unless you get there early, be prepared to queue!
You just have to go here. Traveler's tip: Add our name to the wait list prior to arrival. There is a wait, but there's a reason for that. Will not disappoint. We wanted to go back! They need to stay open for after dinner cocktails too!! Do not skip this one, add it to your venue. Promise you. Excellent!! Highly recommended. Great food, super friendly service. Welcome home type of atmosphere.
Absolutely delicious menu with quick service
We tried the first day at 9 am & there was a very long wait. Went back the next day right after they opened. We were seated right away. Ten minutes later there was a wait again. The breakfast was very good.
I was told to be sure to visit this while in New Orleans. It was fantastic! Great atmosphere and even better food! The shrimp and grits were very tasty. The service was excellent.
Our waitress was very friendly and we had very good and fast service--we were here at a less busy time of the year (early May). The breakfast drinks were good. I had white chocolate bread pudding pancakes--super yummy and certainly a departure from anything I've seen on a menu before. But the french toast bites, which I guess are their specialty, were the BEST. We left stuffed and happy!
Amazing food, waited for about 45 mins but worth it
I had two different kinds of Bennie’s (eggs Benedict), fried green tomato and fried chicken- they were awesome. My daughter had tasty french toast bites with a caramel type dip. Husband was pleased with his biscuit and gravy, biscuit stayed firm and was not salty or overly smothered with gravy. Our waiter, Norman, was really great. I like when waitstaff make suggestions and know their sh**.
Crazy amount of people and line. The virtual line is a great idea if you aren’t a tourist relying on Wifi (which made for a longer wait). Super friendly waiter. Our breakfasts were tasty (if you’re doing the Banana Foster French Toast it is soooo sweet)! The Eggs Benny with the fried chicken was good but needed more sauce. Was disappointed in my mimosa. All in all a good experience but not OMG you have to go (especially due to likely having to wait).
