Wonderful experience. Very personalized. This is a small distillery, and the owner was so passionate and knowledgeable about his labor of love producing his small batch rum and the spirit industry. Would highly recommend this experience. Nothing like the commercialized tours. A relaxed and informative experience. And the rum was exceptional, we are carrying a bottle back with us to AZ.

What an amazing experience! We did a tasting with head distiller Andrew who was so kind to accommodate two folks walking in. I can't say enough about their rum. The depth and variety is impressive... from smooth three-week white to barrel-aged goodness to a spectacular amaro. Wow! If you're a rum person, I highly recommend checking out this distillery. And even if you're not, you'll be a fan once you've tasted everything!

A bit off the beaten path, but a great little spot. The tasting was informative and tasty, and we left with a bottle!

The experience was educational and entertaining. There wasn't a lot of walking from room to room, which was good. The rum is full of flavor. My friend and I really enjoyed the interaction with the owners. this is a wonderful small business that is worth supporting.

Amazing time with some good rum! Would definitely do again and bring more friends.

The guy who gave the tour was really knowledgeable about the entire process of creating the product (expected, seeing as the entire business is run by only two people). Getting to see all the different aspects of rum is cool, and the tasting is great. It's a little bit of a hassle to get to if you don't have a car, but well worth it! Next door is a chocolatier and a local cidery, and both are worth some time!

It was most interesting to see how this small two man operation makes rum. We have toured other distilleries but not learned as much basically because it is a small operation and you can better see how everything works. They do a great job explaining the process. Other tours it is easy to get lost among all of the piping, pumps and big tanks. That is not the case here. It is refreshing to see the entrepreneurial spirit being practiced successfully My complements to these two guys who are taking advantage of what makes this country great.

Having visited many large, name-brand whiskey and bourbon distilleries in the past, my fiance and I have a great love for the processes and history of distillation of fine spirits. She has a love of rum and had never visited a rum distillery. We were in town for our wedding and looking for interesting tours. We arrived and found that we were the only ones signed up for our tour time, as the others were booked solid. Was a great "couples" tour for us! The proprietors were on hand, as it is ran by only two friends. They have really nailed down the processes. The tastings of their brands were wonderful, especially the higher proof liqueur. We totally recommend taking this tour!

Super informative, love all the history in the tour. The spirits are tasty too!
