Food came out before the drinks, servers were very inattentive, literally took 15 mins to get the check, and the drinks still hadn’t arrived… literally the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in New Orleans, and I need to add the fact that I have 17 years experince in the service industry in New Orleans
Nice view of downtown and the WWII museum. Drinks were good, but service was very slow.
Stopped in for both a late night snack and happy hour during our stay at Higgins hotel. The team working both nights were very helpful and pleasant. Dinner is mostly bar bites but fries are awesome! Happy hour value is very good and nice views.
I really like this spot for it's outdoor patio overlooking this part of the city. On a breezy evening or night its a great spot to have your favorite libation and a visit with friends and a view!
Excellent restaurant with friendly staff and an awesome rooftop view to see the city.I’m always hesitant about hotel restaurants, but this restaurant’s chicken and bacon sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. Extremely crisp, fresh bacon, juicy chicken, melted cheese, and a really delightful aioli are all the ingredients to a good sandwich. The fries are crispy and hot.Definitely will come here again when I’m back.
The worst, I mean absolute worst, awful, slow, mouthy, bad attitude service ever. Never in my life have I seen people in the service/bartending industry so foul and sour. 0/10 do not recommend and I will never come back.
