Coffee is important. This location takes that responsibility seriously. I have not found any coffee establishment in this area that not only takes it seriously, but has the skills to back it up.Proper shots, skillfully and flawlessly pulled. Artfully crafted beverages.Properly roasted coffee.A spacious, inviting location that has a comfortable and modern vibe. They also have outdoor seating if your into that.Service is friendly and knowledgeable.

We walked in and only saw almond milk for a substitute. We commented that we wanted to go somewhere else (as we have nut and dairy allergies). The lady working the counter sassily said we have other milk. We did end up ordering, although they did not have skim milk either. The coffee was a bit bitter. Cold brew was very bitter. Hot chocolate was good (nice cocoa flavor).

So after going to a coffee shop with no coffee, I decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately the coffee machine was down. However the kind hostes offered a drip coffee. I told her I never had it before and asked if it would taste the same? She said it would. I asked if they had decaffeinated coffee. She said yes. I asked if I could get the Latee art or a symbol with the milk. She said yes. The last thing I asked for was if they had a vanilla shot available. She said yes. Watching the coffee slow drip was interesting. Meanwhile there was a short man in the back cusing at the broken machine. I shrugged it off as I would be mad too if my top earner was down. I was looking foward to the art. When the hostess brought it to me without any art I asked if they could add it. The same man who was in the back yelling proceeded to cuss at me and said he did not have time for that. I told him that's what I asked for when I paid for the coffee. He proceeded to cuss and muttered something. The hostesses cut him off and offered to get me a refund. Then he began to storm back to take his anger out on the machine. I feel bad for her having to put up with a coworker like that. He is clearly not a professional who cares about the business image.

Visited this coffee shop while I was in New Orleans and ordered an iced coffee along with a danish. From the coffee to the danishes - it all tasted INCREDIBLE! Next time I am in New Orleans I will definitely be stopping by.

Staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and passionate about the craft of gourmet coffee. I appreciate shops that focus on the coffee and the flavor notes that can be brought out with good extraction and a barista who is invested in coffee as a culinary art.

Really good coffee & nicely kitted out inside.. not seating indoors right now due to COVID but the little outdoor seating area on the street was cute

Not sure if it was an off day or if this is the base line. I felt bad for the solo barista that was hustling, so the only star that I’m gifting is for him. The iced dirty chai was very thin/not flavorful & unfortunately my wife & I had to dispose of them.

My husband said it was the best coffee he's ever had. And my hot chocolate was perfect. Great experience!!

Really great quality of coffee ? and the employees are very kind and always prompt with your order! There’s a masc person there with a name that starts with A? I think? I love them! They always have the best recommendations! My fav, I stan, and I will be back more often :)

One of the best places to get coffee in the CBD. The staff always treats me well, even during the chaos of the pandemic. The wait can sometimes be long, but it’s always worth it.
