Our server's name was Wendy and she was AMAZING with our granddaughters. She went above and beyond to make them feel special. The food was really good and it was very clean. Please check the hours before you go because the internet said they closed at 9:00, but it actually was closing at 7. We got there just before closing and we never felt rushed. Wendy, thank you for your hospitality!
Pizza was great! Garlic knots were very inconsistent. Ordered the same thing 2 nights in a row (cheese pizza and garlic knots) and 1 night the garlic knots were really dry but were still OK. The next night they were super greasy, to the point 1 was absolutely inedible it was so mushy. I'd guess they are probably really good somewhere in the middle.
Service was very nice, and that was the best part of my experience. The food was ok, but being from NY, I think my standards are very high, so take my review of the food with a grain of salt. The bathrooms reeked of a horrid smell (men's restroom) and had a lot of paper towels on the floor.If you need a place to eat at a later time when all other restaurants in the vicinity are closed, this is an acceptable place to eat.
The place was empty when we stopped, but quickly filled up. They were out of a lot of beers, even drafts. And for Journey and Toto to be playing that night, not a wise choice on management's part. Our waiter was, timid and didn't know they were out, so taking our order going back and forth to the kitchen multiple times was frustrating. Our food also didn't come out together. There were other waiters and waitresses who helped and they were awesome! The food was also great!
Lunch rush on a Friday was not bad at all. Had to wait like all others. The food was fresh and delicious. The waitress in spite being busy as a bee was prompt attending me to notice I needed a refill.
My wife and I shared a salad (crazy good) and a gluten free pizza (also amazing). There was friendly staff and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
The night staff on Wednesday made great pizza. The small cheese pie was delicious. Had it again on Thurs night it was gd but whomever made it on Wednesday night was awesome. Visiting from New Jersey
The manager ashely was very rude I have never in all the years been going to this restaurant had I ever been talk to in a unfashionable matter. This was the first time I ever complained about my Order and was very embarrassed on how she was talking to me as a customer who been supporting Reginelli’s since 2013 I also have a video on how she was talking to me and handling me it was very unprofessional on her behalf as a manager. I will be bringing this to corporate
I order pizza , tortellini and calzone what a mistake . Calzone wasn't cooked, looks like they just put it on the oven for 2 minutes and take it out , I didn't know what kind of chesse they use but definitely wasnt ricotta cheese . The sauce on the pizza really bad ?. Very disappointed
Fantastic service, super nice staff, and amazing Pizza! A Slice of Detroit was a great deal and a ton of food and the Quattro is an adult cheese pizza that will leave you drooling!
