Some kind slow very slow for the restaurant but after you realize you're on Louisiana ?and people arguing whit employees but is ok Cajun style
Took forever to get through the drive thru and the food was cold when I got it.
Ms Q and her staff was beyond exceptional! It’s rare that I go to Popeyes and get an entire crew with great customer service. ❤️ will definitely start coming to this location more. Thank you

Be careful with this Popeyes, sometimes they will refuse to sell you deals that they have posted in their own windows.
Got some good employees they're very respectable
I can't blame the staff every timebecause they are a reflection of management. If leadership has a bad attitude, cussing and fussing. Well the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Simple!

I frequently visit this location, but now I see why I slacked off coming here. It’s like it’s a bunch of young kids working here that doesn’t care about the job or the customers. When I visit, it’s always lots of joking and playing around. The order is almost always messed up, and attitude is given when wanting to replace the MESSED UP ORDER. Well tonight was the last time I’ll ever come and spend the $30-$40 I always spend. I tried ordering a family meal, and we always substitute the pieces of chicken because we don’t eat thighs, however, this time we were told that we couldn’t substitute the pieces because they were not dropping anymore pieces for the night (mind you this was at 7, the website says it closes at 9), and this was before the order taker even asked what pieces we wanted. Not only was the young lady unprofessional, you can hear laughing as if this were a joke! As a customer spending their hard earned money, this was ridiculous! Last time visiting this location!
I called to find out if there was any Turkey left and their manager Lori was so polite. She stated that she had one and come in and ask for her. Got there and she was very pleasant and very helpful.
