The drive through had this outdated box to speak through that works worse than a $10 toy would for your kid. They git so frustrated trying to talk they didn't ask me if my order was done. They gave me mashed potatoes WITH gravy, no mac and cheese, no third drink, had to ask for the mashed potaoes and mac and cheese. They tried saying there's no more mashed potaoes, and I think I asked for fries and then brought up the mac and cheese. I dunno. I had to wait for service at the window 3 different times and the last time the lady handed me two mac and cheeses and a potato with no gravy! the thing they said they didn't have! Worst Popeye's experience in NOLA

Why you advertise products and not available. When I arrived at the window after my order. Employee was not aware of my order and child play at the window. There were 6 visible employees around while I'm trying to get my order.

Drive through is currently down but service was still good despite everything currently going on. Order was fresh and correct.

Got my order right and everything was good. This Gentilly boulevard store is the best Popeyes in the area.

I go here to this location because it's conveniently close to my house. That's the ONLY reason I go there. But when I get there I ALWAYS have to wait an elongated proud of time to either be served or to get my food.

I like this popeyes. Staff is friendly food is hot and its very clean. That's more than what you can say for any other location.BTW try cocktail sauce with chicken tenders. Muah

Food was hot and good. Server was polite. It was about closing so we were ready to accept whatever they had remaining. I told myself to trust the process, but we paid for 2 orders of 2 pc white w/a side but when I got home it was 1, 2 pc white and 1 2 pc dark. They were so busy laughing in the back and so loud they were not paying attention. My fault, I keep saying I am not going to do fast food places anymore. One reason, they are mostly ran by young people and they can care less what they do, professionalism is not their forte. But they want to be paid though. When I was teen working McDonald's; I was so grateful to have a job, but they promoted professionalism. We had to come to work on time, neat and we had 30 sec window service per car, and the company would do motivational yearly gatherings at the Superdome. It was like family. Look, I get it... jobs today lack internal motivation to want be to do or be better. So, consumers get what company's promote. Unaudited cramp. Amen!

Not the best customer service at the window. Passed through during travel; should've chosen a different location. Food quality is good.

Don’t do online because they don’t honor it. You have to stand in the regular line even though you’ve already paid in full.

The Cajun Rice wasn't cooked all the way, the chicken was slightly warm. I don't understand how they serving luke warm chicken and half cooked rice with a line constantly being wrapped around that location. Whoever is doing the ordering of that stores supplies needs a demotion they don't never have peppers. They are always out of something... beans/ no rice, no peppers, "We out of" seems like that's all they know how to say. I'm good on yall.
