To be honest, the best part of this trip to Popeyes was the girl who took my money. She was sweet, polite, on top of it, with a smile. Whoever took our order was loud and static-y. And kept asking if our was complete, like he didn't wanna be there. The food though... We expected 2 chicken tenders and instead we each got 2 little chicken "balls" Not Popeyes quality like I've known in my lifetime. Maybe their order was messed up and they ran with what they had. But I won't be returning any time soon. Sorry ?
The line just was too slow moving. People gave up. Food quality was good. Window service went well once you reached it.
This was my first time visiting this location on June 23, 2022. I placed a mobile order for pick up. There was one customer before me. He paid for his food and they did not have the gallon beverages he ordered and didn't seem to care.The manager was sitting in the dining area as the restaurant filled with customers after me. I was still waiting to be addressed. The manager finally assisted me. They did not have the pie of chicken I ordered.The teamwork was lacking and too much talking amongst employees that should be behind the scenes. Midday shift need a manager who will ensure the team is organized and work together.
Service was ok. Chicken pieces so small took two-three bites to eat. Been picking up here for years. Never seen such small pieces of chicken
Worse Popeyes ever managers allow workers to crowd lobby, and not work while screaming for a free two piece. It took me several minutes before I could even reach the register due to the workers demanding free food. Then when the front cashier finally came she just stood there seemingly daring me to order. There are three managers here an not one but of control. If I knew this was the play Popeyes I would not have came here to eat but I won't make that mistake again.
Food was good and hot. Employee was friendly service was a bit slow.
This popeyes tends to always have very long drive thru lines. And I would suggest checking your order before leaving I have had a few wrong orders.
Mardi Gras and Popeyes is like Fat and Tuesday.I online ordered for curbside pickup, after waiting over 20 mins in the parking lot after clicking "I'm here", I went to the empty drive thru to get my food. What's the point of curbside pick-up if you don't actually do curbside pick-up?
My car was totaled in a hit and run with my toddler and elderly mother in the car in front of this Popeyes. While I was talking to the cop, the manager of this place came out and screamed at me that she couldn’t make any money with my car in the way. So yeah, the chicken might be delicious but really really awful person managing the place. The customers that came out to check on us were really sweet and caring. But I’d rather starve than give this place my money.
The wait was long the food wasn’t good. I usually love Popeyes but not this time! The staff was very unorganized, I will not be coming back.
