I came in late one night and was pleasantly surprised to see that the store was reasonably clean. I also heard an older lady who I'm assuming was a manager being very stern about the crew washing their hands. Keep it up. Things like that should be a given when handling food but sadly most restaurants don't seem to stress that enough.
They never get their orders right through Uber Eats. I've ordered from them twice, and they've left out whole huge items, not just small things like sauce.
Growing up in Memphis. I love sweet tea ( ghetto tea is a.k.a.). This is too damn sweet and it's not funny anymore. I bet you can not taste the difference from any soda and the tea. Please don't assume everyone wants it like that. News flash....you can add more sweetener but you can't take it away, so stop making it like that or better yet. Have more than one urn of tea available. Not very customer friendly.
Ridiculous! Chicken was milder than the Virgin Mary when i requested Spicy! Red beans came with re spicy rice that broke my face out! Whomever thought of spicy beans is the devil! Messed the rest of the day because all i wanted was then large beans!Seriously disappointed3rd time being disappointed at this store too! Guess it will be another year before returning! U may have ot right by then!
I Literally came All the way from Dfw Texas. To stay for the Week and Taste some of New Orleans great food people been Telling me you gotta try Popeyes it's way better here. If i could post a pic of my food Smh... the Skin is very hard can't eat it taste like it was double fried or old and heated. My son loves chicken skin his plate still full. VERY bad experience I'm so unsatisfied. And on top of that we waited about 30mins Also an male Employee started an argument match with an lady customer because she was upset that it was an hr before close and they was saying that they was out of everything. Why not just make more yall see yall very busy its gone get sold. Long line customers waitinf while only 2 emploees making fopd and taking orders while 3 people clean up i understand yall wanna go home at closing but customers come 1st serve them when they there
Just ordered through Uber Eats!! Didn't add my drink that I ordered!! Rice looks like somebody had eaten some....very poor portion!! Then, gave me Bayou Buffalo sauce , instead of what I asked for which was Sweet Heat, and which is the only sauce I eat from Popeyes!! ? I'm upset & can't even enjoy my lunch!!Update: I spoke with the manager Kim and she was very professional and willing to rectify... I can tell her apology was sincere, and I appreciate that. Thanks Kim! ?
The employees were nice which was refreshing but the chicken was ok. Being a Popeyes in New Orleans, it should take more pride in it's fried chicken. Be fresh, on point! Come on. Popeyes chicken!!
Service was extremely slow at this franchise. I placed my order at 5:21p & got it at 5:47p. There were only 7 people ahead of me waiting for theirs. Oh, and when I got to our hotel, I found out I got 6 tenders when I paid for 8. Not worth my time to go back. Don't recommend if you are in a hurry.
The chicken was absolutely delicious.No other popeye's chicken tastes as good.You can taste the authenticity.
They closed early and had a handwritten sign on the door stating that they closed at 630pm that day. There were cars in line and coming to the drive-thru. I'd taken an Uber to get there as I was visiting from out of town. So disappointing! After that, I didn't go back. And the location nearest to the French Quarter was temporarily closed as well, so this was a double disappointment.
